Review 1：Room was quite small and not very modern although bathroom was nice and modern.
Review 2：Friendly staff. Kettles, irons and hairdryer available. Excellent location.
Review 3：All sights, attractions, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. Plus, there's lots of public transport (bus, tram) on Theatre Square which brings you to the train station, etc.

Review 8：I stayed on a Saturday night and although there was no traffic noise I was kept awake most of the night by rowdy behaviour in the street below. The same thing happened on the previous occasion that I stayed there. This is not the fault of the hotel - but be warned!
Review 9：Convenient location for the old town area. A rather weary hotel that most have had a real touch of class in its prime, but reasonable enough. Adequate would be a good word to describe it. In the circumstances good value for money.

Review 12：The rooms and bathrooms were cold, and nothing could apparently be done, although the weather outside was unusually cold for late September. The reason given? "The heating season has not started, and is not due to start until mid-October". I don't think it's acceptable in today's day and age!

Review 14：It was a hot weekend and because the room was stuffy we had windows open. Loud, drunk people on street below all night on both nights. Luckily we had earplugs! Think they were coming from hotel's nightclub.

Review 105：Lack of air condition might be a problem during hot summer days. Noise in the room from the pubs and restaurants in the street coming into the room thru open windows. I agree with others guests, the carpets are dirty, so probably at next renovation they will be removed. However the carpet condition is not that bad- you can still walk on it without slippers. The lamp over the mirror in the bathroom was not working, but I think hotel is trying to save energy bills. There is a "medieval" tv-set in the room with only few "snowy" tv channels, so dear Visitors -if you come to Torun to watch tv - it's not the right hotel for you ... :0) These are just some my personal notes from the stay, but still I would recommend the stay at Polonia Hotel for one or two nights stay anyway ...
Review 106：Hotel located just two minutes walk in a straight line to Old Town Square and eight minutes walk to Bus Station .Facade of the hotel's building nicely renovated. A single room ( room nbr 308) quite spacious and clean, with sort of old stylish furniture . Breakfast buffet: warm sausages( parówki), soft boiled eggs, white cheese, bread and rolls, butter, two different sorts of ham, salami, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, flakes , yoghurt, three different juices: apple, peach and orange, tea and coffee. Nice and helpful staff at the Reception. Good value for the price (... and it includes breakfast !). I would recommend the stay at the Hotel.

Review 108：Hotel Polonia is a nice, traditional hotel. It's nothing fancy, but the location more than makes up for it (just steps from the city centre). It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet presented a wide choice and was satisfying.

The staff cannot do enough to help you, whether getting you an extra pillow, sending faxes or arranging travel they do it well. The hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town and I expected it to cost a lot more purely for the location.
