Review 1：waiting for room, as my booking through Booking.com arrived with 3 hours delay to Hotel Livada Prestige, and only after phone intervention to Booking.com by the hotel reception. I also dialed your number, without success, listenning to music on your phone/answering system.

Review 3：Spots on carpet in the room and walkways and dirty windows in lobby and rotten wooden door frame in the bathroom which is not OK for 5 star hotel. Poor spicing/taste or preparation of food which was of reasonable quality and selection, but not a 5 star taste. One of the three days of our stay we were directed to other 4 star hotel Ajda for dinner and breakfest due to the wedding. The dining room Taverna in Ajda was quite dark and ugly and there was mold on the wall. Also, we could not sleep until 4 a.m. due to the wedding party.

Review 17：I go to the Hotel because of black water. Otherwise I do not understand how the Hotel could be classifyed as 5 star hotel. The food is excellent but service not in the same level.

Review 18：I liked the room!! The balcony was the largest balcony I have experienced in my years of travel. And the sense of privacy on the balcony was comforting. The shower was Wonderful with the built-in jet sprays which was not exactly easy to figure out but once I did - oh my, bliss! Staff was cordial though a bit baffled as we were not German. The wellness spa treatments excellent!
