Review 1：Housekeeping a bit lax - didn't refresh milk for tea/coffee, didn't put a new toilet roll into the container (that I couldn't figure out how to open). Breakfast very basic - nothing hot, not much fruit (apples).

Review 2：Very convenient for the conference at MECC. Bed was very comfortable. Good having the kettle. Room was quiet.

If I do that then what is the point of house keeping !!!! This is a major defect in their customer service and a bad reply as a employee work in hotel buisness they must know that customer satisfaction is number one to them Really really bad hotel I will never ever advise any one to stay in it

Review 8：Nothing ! The only good thing it was near by Mastricht collage where I want to visit it other than this , it was the worst hotel I ever been in my whole life

Review 9：The hotel is extremely well located being opposite Maastricht Randwyck train station and therefore 2 minutes for the train to Maastricht. Rooms were comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good continental fair.

Train cost 3 E and that was 1 stop. Taxi pricey too. Breakfast was overpriced at 14 euro. And although we didn't partake of breakfast speaking to someone who did. It was poor value .Not good choice and you needed to let reception know the day before by 9 latest so they could order in fresh. Lastly. We had a 2 night stay. Our room was made up fresh the 2nd morning but they didn't replace tea / coffee facilities. It small things like that matter.

Shower only - no bath and I had done soo much walking I ached for a bath! we had to take train to Maastricht as it was far out - to be fair : only one station and a few minutes - regular trains too- but would have preferred to stay in centre. Complimentary tea/coffee was not refilled on daily basis nor were the cups washed! Had to ask at reception for refills.Only one bathrobe in room - had to ask in reception for that too.

Review 51：Not much really - pretty standard hotel - clean - modern - good breakfast variety by Dutch standards but perhaps overpriced and we didn't always take it. I loved Maastricht and Andre Rieu concert which is probably why all the central hotels were full and we had to stay here!!

Review 65：Very large room, nicely furnished, nothing to miss. Room with fridge andlittle kitchen sink. Bathroom small but new and clean with walk-inshower. Room had not only bed and cupboard, but large couch, two comfychairs and a desk. Only thing was the tv was really small and youcouldn't watch it from the bed as it was opposite the couch. Hotel is inwalking distance from the mecc congress centre, so very convenient.Closeby is the a2 motorway, so convenient to reach, but there is apermanent construction site on the motorway (I think they are building abridge), so there is a lot of noise from the motorway itself and fromconstruction. Parking outside the hotel is not for free everywhere (asstated on their homepage), but the hotel car park is not that expensive(9.50 Euro/day) and seems very secure. Very easy to take the bus fromthe hotel or congress centre to the city centre/ train station. Fromthere on, shopping and cafes are in walking distance.

Review 66：Toilet smelt. Exposed electrical wires in bathroom. Coffee/sugar not replenished on a daily basis. Holes in sheet. Room not made up on one day.

Review 75：The hotel was priced low given its quality, cleanliness and service levels. It was also extremely quiet and I slept very well - beds and room very comfortable and the decor modern and well kept. My conference was at the university which I thought would be some way away but there is a train staion 80 metres away MaastrichtRanwyck which took me to the City centre within a couple of minutes and it was then a wonderfully pleasant short walk to the University and town centre. Very much enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay there again when I return.

Review 76：the toilet was tiny, a large person wouldn't be able to sit in it. and there was no wash basin in it. it was like sleeping in an office. the couler of the room was vile. the double bed was small. the coffe machine was impossable to understand.

Review 81：The hotel is next to a college and hospital. The hotel was converted from a college dormitory. They have made some really nice updates to make it feel like a hotel.

Review 82：The hotel was very close to a train stop and it was only one stop away from the main station of Maastricht. The breakfast in the morning was good. We were also lucky to get free parking in front of the hotel.

Review 83：Unfriendly staff. Choose this hotel because of excellent location forstart of cycle event, like many others, but hotel staff did not seem tobe very flexible for this kind of events. Understaffed on the check-innight before, breakfast time as usual meaning too late for earlystarters like myself, complaining about bikes in the hotel.. Hotel cando quite a good business on days like this but does not seem to care atall. Although the rooms are good, I won't come back here.

Review 84：The condition of the bathroom and entrance of the room was a bit disappointing, not very clean impression and no luxury. Room no. 358. Bedroom was okay. I missed the fresh orange juice in the morning at breakfast. Previous year it was still available.

The staff is not friendly when making complaint about the WiFi. The elevator is outside the lobby, it is small and inconvinient. I will never stay in this hotel anymore!!!! Having very bad experience there!! The cost performance index is too low!!!

Review 87：One member of staff at reception was rather rude, which I would not expect from a hotel staff at all. We chose this place only because everything else reasonably priced was busy. For the price we paid this is poor value for money.

Review 95：We were put into a family room because we have 2 children. I thought itfelt like a dorm room atmosphere and was told it is because they do usesoom of the rooms as dorms. You need a key to get into the main area anda key to get into each room. There are 2 seperate rooms sharing a commonarea with a shower and toilet. The room was clean. Parking cost 8 euro aday and is gated, but limited. There is free parking near by, but therewas something happening at the Conference center next to the hotel, sono free parking was available. It is walking distance to the Conferencecenter and the train station. Breakfast is expensive at 13 euro perperson and there is not a huge variety available to pick from.

Review 96：The room was dirty, carpet with stains, the service was really terriblewith extremely rude staff, who were unpolite in answering any of myqueries. In particular, you are getting charged before checking in (thatis in advance), and charged more than the advertised price (I was quotedeuro 365 for the whole stay with taxes, but was charged euro 410 for nounderstandable reason). It was advertised that there is internet in thishotel available - well, for the 90% of my stay, which was businessrelated, I did not have internet connection in either my room or in thelobby, and any of my requests for assistance / remedying this issue wereignored until the last day, when some limited connection (I.E. "lowsignal") was provided. On my day of check out, I was having breakfast -which by the was is really poor selection - there was a lady vacuumingright where the food is, and when I asked whether it is at leastpossible to stay away with dirty appliances from the food, thereceptionist rudely replied that if I have any issues I should speak tothe manager, who would not be in before 9.30 (which of course was afterthe time of my check out).
