Review 1：Nothing at all.

Review 2：It was Christmas night (the city is basically empty and all services closed) when we arrived late at night. The owner was super nice and made sure we had a perfect stay, even offering us breakfast which he hand't booked. Rooms were spotless and confortable. Will stay here again for sure!

Review 5：The most important asset for any hotel has to be the staff and the staff here were excellent. The location couldn't have been better and in terms of value for money, the hotel was exceptional. Restaurant is a must, don't miss.

Review 7：The quietness of the installation, the location of the hotel very near the centre of it all, the recently renovated rooms, the good and varied breakfast (you can even do your own toast on demand), the politeness of the staff and on top of it all the superb offer of a bike to wander around the city and outskirts - I myself visited two nearby towns in a 20 kms radius - is the cherry on top.

Review 9：We asked for a baby bed and it was provided. The hotel has a "living room" on the first floor, which is really great - we appreciated this very much with our 12-month old toddler - he could crawl around and we could sit down (for 2 secinds :-) and have a cup of tea.

Review 65：Nothing, everything was perfect. If you have any kind of disability, remember to ask in advance for an accessible shower, because portuguese people are used to put bathtubs in the bathroom. Its not a problem of this hotel in particular, we found this problem in the whole country of Portugal.

Forget any restaurant in the city center and eat at the hotel's restaurant: amazing pizzas and a great traditional portuguese cuisine, made with love by Mr. José Marcelino and his family. You can park in the street, very safe neighborhood, near city center.

The reception staff were extremely helpful andwelcoming.

Wewere on a tour through Northern Spain, but would like to spend one nightin Portugal, where we have been before, but not in this corner. We werereceived by the man at the reception in a very friendly way. His Englishwas quite well. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a gooddinner in the restaurant.
