Review 2：Great stay. Unlike other hotel, it's a real "clean" room after cleaning(with no hair anywhere). Amazing free buffet dinner and breakfast(I stayed with a half-board plan). Very low price. "Solidarity Tax Stamp" can be purchased in hotel, which is a must for the custom when people leaving Tunisia, so thoughtful they are.

Review 4：The reception desk LADIES (specially Raja) were very-very friendly,helpful and professional. Good location. Good breakfast.

Review 5：The excursions sponsored by the Hotel should be monitored more carefully by the management. The Quad Bikes trip we took with about ten members of our group was a near disaster. The bikes were old, handles were wearing to one side, brakes were not functioning properly, tyres had no tread and the people who managed the excursion were rude. The bikes stopped frequently as engines had to be jump started. I had an accident as the quad bike was defective and toppled but there was no one behind me to ensure the group's safety. This could have been a very serious accident I luckily escaped the full impact of the fall and did suffer whiplash on my neck and foot and elbow injury. The hotel should only recommend those excursions who have better equipment which have been certified for safety.

Review 7：It would be nice if the pool was opened longer so that people that go on tours during the day have actually time to use it. If you need internet, then the only stable connection is in the reception hall.

Review 8：This time, the reception staff was very very kind and hepful. Rooms are like on the pictures, very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the location (if the weather is good) really good.

Review 9：The welcoming and check-out person at the reception could smile a bit more. Anyway, I was really grateful when they gave me a new room for my last night because I had to wake up early and the rooms in front of the elevators are too noisy. The (interior) pool could have longer opening times. Wifi connection is only good when sitting in the reception hall.

Review 13：Smoke in the lobby area, had to put a towel under my door on the 3rd floor because it was too much. They charged me to use the gym, 8 dinars/day. Rooms in the 4th floor under renovation, constant noise and banging. Sketchy and disgusting stains on bed linens, had to wrap my pillow in my t-shirt . A 1980s TV with no more than 8 channels for a 4-star hotel. WIFI does not work at all, even in the Lobby area. Sub-par quality toiletries, bring your own.

Don't bring your PC/smartphone/Tablet and you will be fine ! - The picky Fitness center staff: Didn't let me in with my dockside (boat shoes) arguing I needed "sports shoes". I was out of the fitness center for the whole week since I couldn't find sport shoes at my size (12) .. :(

Review 21：- The location. Right on a beautiful sandy beach. - The staff, very kind, speak 5 languages, worked there for 20 years (for many of them) - The food. Although too "European" for my taste, it is way above average for a Tunisian hotel.

Review 46：I remember the Marhaba from 30years ago and I think it hasnt been updated since. Carpet needs renewing in corridors and decor needs general updating. Bathroom deffinately needed updating. Wasnt four star as far as Im concerned.

Review 50：The beds we were given were two twins instead of one queen and kept on separating. The doors could use screens , because air-conditioning was turned off (throughout the whole resort) and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside. Therefore, we had to keep the window closed at night which made the room really warm.

Review 51：The service at the hotel were amazing. We were also given a free crib for our baby, which was really nice. Furthermore, they offered the best food of any all-inclusive we have stayed at to date. We loved the food. It was only a 3-5 DT trip to the Medina in Sousse.
