Review 1：Waterfront location, clean and contemporary good basic Motel. The weather was wet when we were here but should think a nice location in the sun. Waterfront walk with choice of places to eat.

Review 3：We arrived to a warm welcome by the owner. The room was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities we needed, looked out onto the sea and was close to the town and beaches. The town was very quiet as we were there out of season. Great value for money.
Review 4：Noise from bisro next door. We were in room 6 with ur grandson. Oh dear....also room upstairs started playing music and stomping at 12:30am. Not a family spot.

Review 6：My room mate was snoring loudly which made it hard to sleep, but not the fault of the accommodation also shower cubicle very small and water pressure bad.
Review 7：Great to walk into the room and it be exactly like in the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Tiffiny in reception was very helpful and went out of her way to help with our very late arrival.
Review 8：We stayed for 3 nights first night very quite, and we had a good sleep,the next night there was a little loud talk from upstairs guests, which disturbed my sleep the loud talking only lasted a while, but the next night the same guests in the upstairs room had loud music and they partied all night, i didn't get much sleep, this was a Saturday night. Staff were however very apologetic the next morning. Stating that it was usually very quite.
Review 9：we had a ground floor room with a great view over looking the water front with easy access to the local town facilities. e.g shops, restaurants all within easy walking. The room was roomy, clean and comfortable with a nice modern decor it appears to have been newly furbished.
Review 10：new fridges hard to open barked knuckles on door hinge every time it was opened. would benefit from cleare signage to see drive in when in heavh traffic. Delivery truck wrongly parked unloading in driveway made us have to go around a large block

Review 21：The view from our room was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The welcome on arrival and assistance with luggage up the stairs was most appreciated. The quality of the bed linen was good.
Review 22：I was really disappointed with the unwillingness to provide a late check-out, as a colleague and I would be running a marathon in the morning, and just wanted a little extra time to return to clean & freshen up. Noisy at night due to its location next to the Hotel.

Review 27：The location in town was perfect, we could walk to many things. It was a short drive to many places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 28：The walls are a bit too thin. We had some very noisy neighbours after 9pm which was quite annoying as we had a 10 month old light sleeper with us. Can't really blame the hotel for that though!

The motel is walking distance to everything in Batemans Bay, including Coles supermarket, restaurants etc.
Review 66：Even though Zorba advertised free wifi, they had problems with their system. We could not connect any of our phones or ipads to their wifi. The staff tried to fix it without success. We rely on wifi for our ipad to book our next destination hotel during our tour of the south coast..
Review 67：Zorba has had a bit of a 'facelift' to bring it up to scratch. If you get a room with a balcony, you have a view over the river/bay. The room was vary fresh and airy with the door open to the balcony. The air con also works well. Zorba is located close to restaurants and shops in the center of town.

The lady did check if there were any bigger left but we opted for the view over the space.

Review 88：The rooms need more sound proofing. This is always a tough area but one shouldn't be able to hear every word of your neighbours' conversation especially when they weren't being loud. Listening to them throwing up after they'd had a night on the booze wasn't the best when all you want is some sleep.

Review 92：The Zorba's location can't be beaten - set far enough off the road for no traffic noise, right on the promenade, and a stone's throw from shops. Gorgeous view from the balcony. The room has no bells and whistles (like cooking facilities), but this is to be expected in a motel of this age. It has been recently renovated and was bright, clean and comfortable. Plus, there's a very good takeaway shop sharing their driveway and some lovely little cafes and restaurants nearby, so a kettle and a fridge in the room is enough to be getting along with. Front desk staff were very friendly (which seems to be the Batemans Bay way) and I'm certainly planning to return.
Review 93：The greeting from Debbie made you feel important and valued as a customer. The location is superb, right in the middle of town and right on the water. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night. Debbie is the best front of house person I have encountred in all my years as a traveller, she is a real assett to this business. Review 94：The room I stayed in requires some renovations and brick work rendering where previous electrical work had been done. Very 70's look inside with sprayed cement ceiling. Bed was a little hard for my liking. There was a large gap under the front door that allowed cold air in. Although set back from the main road, the motel is located right across the road from a pub. Being woken at very early hours of the morning to the sound of kegs being delivered was annoying. No restaurant on site either.
