Review 1：Booking procedure. Having to confirm the booking with a signed credit card form via email shows disrespect and distrust to the guest, plus it is a major security threat for the customers private data! This is a reason that i will not consider this hotel for my future stays in Torun

Review 7：The pillows.Lack of international tv channels, well even the Polish ones were rubbish. They could do with satellite tv as plenty of foreigners stay there. Lack of tea coffee making facilities in the room which always annoyes me as i like to have a coffee first thing in the morning.

Review 11：Very nice place to stay. Only 15 min walk to old town. If you need, car parking is avaible (extra paid). Rooms are clean, good double bed (it is not only two join bed but one big). People working in hotel are very helpfoul.

Review 13：The staff are exceptional - obliging, friendly and always helpful. It's also a great base for visiting the Old Town, just 10 minutes walk from the station and easy to find, near the police station. Close to tram and bus links for visiting further afield.

Review 21：The facilities are great, the room was comfy and clean. The location is close to the old town of Torun, but in a rather quiet place, so the sleep quality was superb. With the deal of 48 EUR per night, we couldn't have wanted a better stay :)

Review 24：The lift was a nightmare - it was very large but always seemed to takes ages to arrive and we were on the top 6th floor so didn't venture up the stairs every trip back to our room.

Review 28：Two bad "minor" point - First, Wifi is bad in some rooms especially if you stay at end of long corridor. The closer you are to middle of hotel, the better signal you get. Lastly - All tv channels are in Polish apart from one German news channel. 95% of our guest staying in the hotel couldn't watch the tv during their relaxing time. If possible, Filmar should have at least one news channel in English, Italian, Spanish and one of Nordic countries. The hotel is international standard.

Review 29：We had our wedding here in Filmar and lots of families & friends from many countries stayed here as well. The staffs were brilliant and very helpful for the entire week of staying here. We will definately stay again.
