Review 2：This is the best hotel in Gaziantep -- I have stayed at many of the top ones. I stay here regularly (about 6 times this year). The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are pleasant. Excellent sauna and gym facilities. The best restaurant in Gaziantep.

Review 5：While we were sleeping during daytime, someone knocked on the door and then entered with his staff card. I rushed out of the bed, and shut the door. Maybe he confused the rooms, but still that is unacceptable.

Review 6：currently the swimming pool can not be reached directly from the divan suites building due to renovation and the jacuzzi doesn't work.

Review 8：When you stay a night, the hotel should give you 500 miles from THY. But it never happened. Even I gave them my THY number, they did not do anything about it.

Review 11：Wonderful hotel, but what makes it perfect is the staff. We haven't met a single one that wasn't extremely helpful or not smiling. They surprised us with an upgrade and the most amazing pistachio birthday cake since it was my husband's birthday. Rooms are so comfortable and clean, design is cool, breakfast included local cuisine and changed each morning.

Review 12：The management has a long ways to go to. 1. They tried to charge me higher rate for an extra day without noticing me. 2. They would only provide a sum in the invoice so that I wouldn't notice I was being charged extra. I could only get a listing after repeated requests. 3. I was charged extra money at the bar and even though they admitted the mistake still waiting for a refund after two weeks. 4. Valet broke my car's mirror and the hotel management went silent after I asked for a resolution based on CCTV. In short, I wasted a lot of time trying to resolve issues with the local hotel management as well as their HQ but seems like they are not interested in providing a decent hospitality service. There are many decent hotels in the area, go for them if you want to avoid headache.
