Review 1：The staff was amazing! Unlike most hotels, the photos were exactly what you got. The room was very clean, modern and location was great. Price was perfect! Pulling in, we thought it was going to be another terrible stay, but it was great. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel!
Review 2：The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient we were traveling to the Giant center.
Review 3：The scotch tape over the light switch they didn't want us to use that I believe went to a broken exhaust fan. The remote control worked only from 1 angle in front of TV, frustrating, cheap paint job!
Review 4：Made a reservation in advance.We were given an upstairs room with only two towels for 4 guests and a pool that was green as grass and could not be used.Complained the next morning about needing towels to return that night to find them stacked in front of the TV and the beds not made or room cleaned or trash emptied.For $172.00 a night I would expect much more.
Review 5：The room smelled funny. Even so the room looked overly clean it had dust on the desk and other surfaces. The bible on the desk looked gray covered with dust. People next door couldn't get onto their room 1 am in the morning, because kids looked the door and fell asleep. It took more then an hour to find management, none of the provided phone numbers worked. When I complained next day, the person at front desk looked at me like I was stupid and said we should have pressed a bell. No apologies or anything.

Review 7：The location is convenient to Hershey and good restaurants. We were very pleased--plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. Room was clean and refreshed each day. We definitely plan to stay again and recommend this motel.
Review 8：Very dark & dearey. Thought I had gone back in time to the 1960's. No way way to adjust temp on air conditioning. None of the staff spoke very good English. Facility was in desperate need of a thorough update, although it looked like the carpet WS relatively new.

Review 24：After calling to ask specifically if there was a hair dryer in the room, the proprietor said yes, but there was none there. You must go to the office and ask. He claims it was not a lie. Same with an iron. No continental breakfast included - just bad coffee. Could barely understand the accent of the manager. Will not go there again.

Review 28：It was run down and smelled horrible with a smoky mildew odor. The poolis behind an older house and the units are off to the side and arenasty, old and smelly. I refused to stay there after booking for 5nights through booking.com. He charged me and I still haven't gottenhelp from Booking.com. Booking.nightmare. This place had an 8 ratingwhen we booked. Do not stay here!

Review 35：The price changed every day. I reserved two rooms for $77/room. When I had to pay, they charged me $77 for one room and $89 for the other room. They didn't explain the reason why, but this wasn't the deal and it was really disappointing!

Review 37：The room smelled like mildew and urine. Not sure the sheets were too clean. The rug was damp and sticky. I don't think bleach had ever been used on the sheets or in the bathroom. It was pretty disgusting.
