Review 1：This Hotel is basically 20 mts from the beach, and serves its purpose as a place to stay to enjoy all that Monte Gordo has to offer, Beach Beach and more beach. Excellent Value here on Booking.com and I recommend you use this site for ease to book to get the best deal, and general organisation, also it can be cheaper than going direct to the hotel.

Review 4：The hotel needs to look at cleaning the swimming pool out and replacing the lifebuoy hanging on the wall, as the one they have there at the moment would save no-one, they need to do this URGENTLY.

For a 4 stars hotel the accomodations were like a 3 star, furniture old, the box of the wires of the phone were broken... All the wires and eletronic stuff were suspended, too danger for children for example... The breakfast was poor, only bread, cheese and ham... Some eggs but too poor for a 4 stars hotel.

Review 63：Rooms were very spacious and well planned with kitchen/dining area seperated from living/sleeping area. Exceptionally clean everywhere and superb thorough cleaning staff. Rolls at breakfast were gorgeous. Only improvement would be an etra plug and a toaster in the kitchen area.

Review 64：Breakfast is very poor, no fresh juices no fruit n nothing suitable for anyone with wheat intolerance. Had to ask for sheets to be changed in our 8th day, as they had nt yet been, even though our stay would continue for another week. Room was very outdated, for the 1st 2 days they continuously made the bed as two singles even though we had out them together , had to ask reception for the beds to be made as a double. The photos on the website are slightly misleading, we had no bed side tables on our room, they just had two slabs of wood inserted into the wall, no full length mirror and the tv was like a blast from 1980! Overall price is good for location but there are a few changes that could be made which would make it a more accurate representation of a 4 * start.

Review 66：A quick economical one night stay, the apartment has part sea views, was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok and we enjoyed our stay in a very convenient location in Monte Gordo. We would stay here again.

Review 69：One particular staff member on reception was quite rude. The showers ran hot and a cold an for a group of 5 only 3 people were able to have hot showers the rest were cold. When we checked out we weren't allowed to use the pool which I thought was disgraceful as we had to check out at 12 but weren't getting picked up for the airport until 6 in all my years of travelling I have never had a problem using the pool if we were checking out earlier than pick up. We were really quite angry.
