Review 1：- good buffet breakfast - free use of panoramic onsen-furo in their sister hotel "New Urban Hotel" (free shuttle service at 7PM) - just 2mn walk from JR station - a pleasant half-hour walk to Matsumoto castle and historic area

Review 11：I had to leave after one night. The palce was ot smoke free so the smell of stale cigarette smoke was everywhere. Could not get wifi.

Review 13：The "small rooms" are really small (about 6 m2, inner height onlyabout 2.1m), I would not recommend them for people taller than 1.75m.No wardrobes, only hooks (not ideal when you're staying for more than1-2 nights).
