Review 1：direction s to the property were a bit of a problem, but a very kind woman helped us out.
Review 2：This house is all about location, which is excellent. Right on the river and opposite the best fish and chip shop in town. .luxury accommodation for a group of friends.
Review 3：Just a suggestion, maybe some bunk beds in the third room would be handy, we have previously stayed down stairs and the bunks were convenient for a couple of extra kids.
Review 4：We loved it, it is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location with a fantastic view and a great BBQ area.
Review 5：It was not clean, there was visible dust and dead moths. Blanket in sitting area had hair on it. Outside furniture was dirty had to cleaned before you could sit on them. House needs to be cleaned just before visitors arrive.

Review 7：The directions need to be clearer, as the building is fronting onto a car-park, it isn't actually on the Gipps Street frontage. Had to drive off Gipps Street into the car-park. We rang number on our booking, but had to leave a message. Anxious time was spent waiting for a reply.
Review 8：Good position, next to the river, very quiet, and well appointed kitchen, laundry, bathrooms. Bar b q was an added bonus. Comfortable beds.
Review 9：The position was great. With the water and boats right outside; the island so close down the road or river; easy to walk into the main part of town. It was lovely to sit in the sun in the small enclosed garden too.
Review 10：incorrect address on printout so spent a lot of time looking for venue. powerpoints on only one side of bed in main bedroom. requested 2 single beds and one double and arrived to find 2 doubles.

Review 15：The views from the apartment were incredible, uninterrupted views of the ocean. The apartment is a bit dated but it is perfect for a family.
Review 16：We locked ourselves out on the balcony while enjoying the view. There should be a warning about the locks on the doors (they work differently than most locks I have come across) in the information sent out after booking is made. There was a key lock box on the balcony door which I presume was put there because this has happened before, only that was brocken.

Review 21：Dockside is a beautiful cottage accommodation by the.....well...docks! The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer dryer was what we needed after 8 days of traveling with a baby! Carolyn and Lyndsey were very thoughtful and ensured the house was in perfect condition before we arrived.

Review 31：Bedding in the third bedroom (bunks) was not really all that stable. I wouldn't be putting anyone up on the top bunks. We have the same venue booked in Nov with 7 adults and I think I will bring a blow up bed for the 7th person as I wouldn't rely on the bunks to hold an adult.

Review 33：*When you feature tea and coffee facilities you expect some milk and not a handful of teabags which where used in the first day *no electric kettle. The kettle on the stove took too long *toiletries - 2 x small soaps. When featuring complimentary toiletries, you are provided with small shampoo, conditioner etc. *one of the bedside lamps didn't work
