Review 6：An excellent hotel, hıghly recommended for frıendly staff, facılıtıes and breakfast. And a bonus mark for the englısh speakıng porter Dogan who gıves dırectıons, moves cars and makes your stay even better.
Review 7：Handy location on one of the main roads scripting the city centre- easy to get to and from other cities, but bar in front is a bit noisy as a consequence.
Review 8：there was sewage-like smell in the room so we had to change room. Still existed in the new room though it was less. Wifi was poor. A/C unit was not operating properly making the room either too cold or too warm.

Review 16：We had to wait for quite a while for our cars and twice the wrong cars were brought up. While the food at breakfast was delicious, the price for breakfast buffet is too high and there should be the option of eating downstairs but only ordering something small from the menu. The waitstaff in the breakfast area did not know any other language than Turkish and were not responsive or helpful: we had to get up three times to request coffee/tea, cutlery, napkins, etc.
Review 17：Comfortable beds with pillow menu and luxurious sheets. Amazing walk-in shower with rain and regular shower heads. We had a nice breakfast at buffet with the best coffee so far after traveling in Turkey for 3 weeks. Reception staff were knowledgeable (and very friendly) in terms of museum timings, restaurants, etc. and their English is good.
