Review 1：No temperature control in the room. It was a cool night, but the room temperature was super hot. Smokey in all public areas. Couldn't leave my balcony door open to cool down due to neighbors smoking on their balcony less than a meter from my door.

Review 6：Full of dogs without owners on the entire street that goes to the hotel, so if you don't have a car it's pretty dangerous. WI-FI didn't worked for our entire stay and the fridge in the room was very loud, i had to shut it down in order to sleep.

Review 8：Additional fees for pool (15lei) and air condition (40lei per night), not listed in the description. I've paid for aircon and couldn't sleep at all due to the noise. Thought there is a storm outside, however it was the aircon. There were no glasses in the room, but I've got two from the restaurant. The receptionist plays the role of a waiter as well, so he can hardly be found behind the desk. You need to go downstairs to the restaurant to look for him. WiFi coverage is poor at the corner room on the last floor. I had to go out near the stairway to use it.

Review 10：Lack of shelves in the bathroom. No hooks to hang bathrobe. To much noise from other guests, ie a coach load of kids staying overnight, with poor supervision. Wedding reception in hotell went on very loud untill 4 am Sunday Morning. Verry loud music and loud shouting.

Review 23：Excellent location, near the Zoo, beautiful view over the town. Room was large enough, with new furniture and very clean. Unfortunately we couldn't try the pool because it was raining.
Review 24：The pool, the big parking space, easy to find if you input the coordinates not the address, the stuff was nice, the food was OK, there is a direct way to the pool so you don't have to go around the building, the access road is not so creepy at all if you have a driver license, there are mosquito nets at the windows, refrigerator, 3 WI-FI switches so very good Internet link, instant invoice.

Review 29：Didn't like the noise coming from the parking lot - couldn't really fall asleep at first because of it - there were people coming in and out all the time and shouting and laughing. Half the rooms are overlooking the parking and if you're there in the summer and you want to have your window open due to lack of air-con - then you have to deal with the annoying noise. There was no toilet paper restocked in the bathroom for some reason but as we were there for 1 night only decided not to bother and used our own supplies...but really you get what you pay for so I think it was fine overall.
Review 30：The price/quality ratio. Rooms were clean,bed was comfortable,there was net on the window to keep the insects out - a real treat!The lady at the reception recommended to go to the Cincis lake motel for the evening which was a great choice!

Review 36：The hotel is at a good location on a hill with a view to the city and the castle. They had been listening to the complaints below, now signs show the way to the hotel, easy to find. The personnel were helpful and kind. The hotel is nice, comfortable, cheap. The restaurant prepares very delicious meals. I strongly recommend the place to stay.

Review 41：Out of our reservation (2 rooms with balcony, one without) thereceptionist gave us three balcony rooms, but charged a different pricefor all of them (100 ron out of about 93 at the reservation). The changewas minimal, but it's a matter of principle.. ;)
