Review 1：We booked this hotel quite late (2 days before coming in Malta), and actually this hotel was the cheapest/well located one at that time, so we should not be too demanding and we were globally rather satisfied for the price/quality ratio, but our complain would be : - No conditioned air in rooms (we woke up several times in the middle of the night because of heat) - We found bugs (cockroach) on the 1st night we arrived in our room. The receptionnist then gave us another room - The room floor did not seem to be cleaned with detergents everyday - The hotel lift smells like wastewater - At breakfast : low quality orange juice (few orange juice diluted in much water)

Review 2：- Location was great : near the beach, with a small sandy beach area near bus stop near shops & restaurants in a strategic "central" place in Malta to visit other interesting areas (Gozo Island, Mdina, Valetta, Melehia Sandy beach) - English Breakfast (eggs/bacon/beans and saucage) everyday

Review 9：Lack of air condition...wifi connection very expensive...receptionist lady not so friendly when I asked her on arrival if our room's got 2 separate beds she ignored me, and later I been told there's 2 beds. The room was really old and smelly because the whole building is quite old.

Review 14：Good hotel for a price you pay. We booked a room with a view to garden, but got a seaview one. Room was small, no refrigerator, no TV, no internet, but you can get everything for additional fee. Wouldn't call this inconvenience, we survived without technologies, as a hotel is located in a perfect location (near the beach, shops, bus terminus) it was a good opportunity to escape virtual life and to enjoy sitting in the balcony, watching sunset, sea, relaxed and happy people. The street is very noisy, so it is quite difficult to expect good sleep. Evening entertainment is for those over 50ty, so it was not what we were attracted to. We had a half board, breakfast, I would say, could be better, yogurt and more fruits would make it richer. Vegetarians will have problems during dinner: fish and meat dominates, sometimes I was lucky to get pasta, thought one evening I had to pick meat from my rice. Dishes could be washed with more attention, dirt on plates or knifes was not a surprise after few days in the hotel. Room also was not cleaned very pedantic, smell from toilet was not very inspiring for romantics. Staff was pleasant and helpful, thought men who work in evenings reminded strict policemen - no smile, just duty to give keys or answer some questions. Summa summarum - a very good hotel for those who need a bed to sleep and are not afraid of active nightlife just outside the window. As we had only basic needs, we enjoyed our stay at Seaview hotel.

Review 42：There were only 2 power points in the room. One for fan and the other you could either choose to use it to charge phone or camera, for tv or for lamp. The plug for the TV does not fit the power point and lamp in the room did not work. Spoke to reception twice to have this resolved but by the time I left, they are not fixed. Bed sheet and used towels were not changed daily. Bath tub and floor were not cleaned properly - see hair in sink and feel sand on the floor.

Review 48：The breakfast was terrible, could not even get it down my throat in themorning. We never went back to eat any other meals because we weredisgusted with the food. You have to pay extra for everything such as atv remote and our tv didn't even have the proper plug to fit in thewall. ( But when in Malta you don't want to sit in your room and watchtv but still would have been nice to have some background sound sincethe walls are paper thin.) You have to pay for the safe key. 20 eurosand you only get 10 back. So expect to get what you pay for, just a bedto sleep in. No hair dryers either so make sure to bring one if you stayhere. Pool was broken and maintenance was being done on it but it nevergot fixed while we were there. It was cold anyways because its heated bythe sun and the weather wasn't that hot when we were there.

Review 49：It had a very good location as it was right by the sea but there was nobeach close by just a rocky area. It was close to an area that hadrestaurants and a club. The hotel was nothing special as it was very oldand the staff were ok. Dont expect high quality customer service, exceptfor one very old Maltese gentleman who was a sweetheart. He is retiringthough so don't get your hopes up. Hotel has a huge potential to bebetter but lack of interest and knowledge from the owner shows. If Iwent back I would pick another hotel because this one didn't offer muchother than a bed. If your on a budget then stay here! Full of oldBritish people who are retired and spent weeks at the hotel. Notsuitable for younger people as it was similar to an old folks home.
