Review 1：I do not remember the hotel in Portugal So bad that dirty shower tiles falling, black spots around the shower, clogged shower There are no outlets for stress load devices you need to unplug the TV or fridge, Breakfast is not recommended for short della team barely understand a word of English

Review 6：Tv with only 4 channels. Tv old and no current standards of quality. Widely used and antique furniture. Old and with reduced light toilet. Only two cushions and very low. Rotten fruit at breakfast (oranges). Inattention of staff in breakfast. The juice is a refrigerant of low quality. Bread of very fine flour. Absence of ocular vision on the bedroom door. I booked a double room with double bed non-smoking. At check-in they just gave me a double room with two beds. Double bed only in smoking areas. Employee of receipt does not understand the environment in the smoking area is contaminated. I was not given advance notice of unavailability of the room with a double bed in non-smoking area.

Review 8：It smelt horrible! It looked no one had been in our room for years. the windows had cob webs on it. The pictures we saw on the internet were diffidently photo shot. I nearly threw up when I walked into the bathroom. We checked out right away and had to pay the full amount. The clerk wouldn't even let us pay a percentage of it. I was so disgusted and had the smell of the place in my nose for the rest of the day. We moved to another hotel. Lucky we were able to find a better place at the last minute.

Review 20：A confortable 3-star in the very centre of the town, yet calm and clean. Car parking was not a problem. The panoramic hall in th 4th floor where the breakfast is served has good views.
Review 21：This hotel was dark and dingy on arrival room looked clean butbathroom smelled of dirty drains,the minibar which did not work stillhad three half filled bottles of water from the previous nightsguests, so room had not been cleaned properly.Next morning no water inbathroom and no staff answering calls at reception or contactingcustomers to advise them of the problem. On checking out I was told itwas a city water problem but staff should had tried to make customersaware not ignore them.!!!.

Review 25：I was surprised on the good side as the overall services provided by the hotel were much better than some negative comments I had previously read about it. Nice and clean rooms, with balcony, staff willing to help, many options at the breakfast, free Wifi even in the rooms, quite easy to park even outside the hotel garage, and a very nice price, located in the heart of the town, make this hotel the choice any time I need to travel to the area of Viseu.
Review 26：The staff, while very friendly, did not speak much English. Thecondition of the hotel was getting slightly dilapidated. Peelingwallpaper and some maintenance issues pervaded an atmosphere ofoutdatedness and neglect. No central heating on - I was there inFebruary - and it took several days for the airconditioning unit to heatthe room through. The lift door was frequently stuck, so I couldn't getout of it on my floor. Often there was no boiling water at breakfast, soI couldn't have herbal tea, which needs really boiling water. On balancemy stay was ok, but no more than that.
