Review 1：Good location, walking distance to the sea and the Slowinski national park, nice, friendly and helpful staff, good spa facilities and beauty care offer, good food offer

Review 2：- we did find the prices were a bit over the top - the stay in general (we stayed during Easter in the most basic room), spa treatments and meals were on the expensive side, they could make at least parking free - the staff (hotel receptionists and spa employees/receptionists) didn't have full knowledge of their facilities - it took them 2 days to find out if they have fitness centre/gym (they don't, despite the info on Booking.com, they have some sort of "rehabilitation centre", where are like 3-4 machines, but dedicated to rehabilitation, not fitness) and when we wanted to book a treatment it took them another 2 days to figure out, if they actually have this treatment in their offer... That was really chaotic and every 2 hours someone was telling us that they will let us know, but it took 48h to get informations like that... - the rooms have very poor soundproofing - you can hear people talking in the hall or TV from the room next door - we went once for dinner to the restaurant and... no one was there. We had to go look for a waitress, who called a waiter from the kitchen to come out and serve us - we went for option without dinners and we didn't regret it - we noticed there were mostly cold cuts - uncomfortable beds - we had two single mattresses, which were sliding off the bed every night

Review 3：+ receptionists and spa employees where always very polite and tried to do everything to make us feel comfortable + the pool and jacuzzi were empty most of the time, both are quite spacious and warm + it's possible to order room service (despite quite limited options) until 10p.m. or so, if you're very hungry + breakfast buffet was pretty good with some local products everyday + the beach is a short walk from the hotel
