Review 1：Fridge didn't work but i stayed only for one day and i didn't adk a new room...

Review 3：Bathroom not clean at all. Bathroom floor is dirty, even i found a node of hair on it. Even the staff non of them were smiling. It was my second stay in this hotel and my last visit to it.

Review 7：This is only applicable on this occasion of me staying in this hotel. reception staff made a huge error with a business associate that was coming to visit me at the hotel. Very badly treated. Management were quick to apologise and rectify the situation. Hotel is located on top of a car showroom.

Review 10：Service of management was exceptionally good. They upgraded the room to suit my needs, last minute, after a delayed flight, at no cost. Rooms were comfortable. Very spacious and beautifully designed. I would definitely recommend a stay for both business or leisure purposes whilst in Gaziantep.

Review 11：Very far from most tourist sites, such as the Copper Market and Imam Çagdas restaurant. Lackluster service at front desk, which often didn't have anyone there - They couldn't offer any recommendations and when I asked them to help me get a bus to Sanliurfa, Birsen, the woman at the front desk didn't have a clue and the information she did give me was incorrect.

One of the newest hotel in town with clean, lovely rooms and huge bed. Even post-accomodation assistances are professional. Free coffee, water, etc. are available. Way better than (price/performance) Tuğcan which we stayed on the previous day.
