Review 1：Floors in the common spaces were dirty and one of our rooms (4th floor) was noisy. You pay for the location of the hotel. No commercial arrangement with the restaurant.

Review 8：No wardrobe or drawers to put clothes in - just one small hanging rail for two or three hangers and four very small shelves for clothes: had to live out of suitcases. Also, no space around washbasin to place toiletries: toilet bags had to occupy scarce space on those small shelves in the bedroom. Bathroom hair dryer very low powered.

Review 13：I guess by mistake my admin booked a room with no window - had no idea such rooms existed - room was really nice, but it was hard to wake up since no daylight. Breakfast was a bit pricy, so didn't try it, but right across the street there is an awesome bakery with croissants and sandwiches - so you're set! One day room service never came though to make up the room, but I was worming in the room until 1 PM, so maybe it was my fault.
Review 14：Despite the no window, the room was awesome - very modern. Had a double room on the 4th floor - really posh design and decor, including the bathroom - very open and modern with glass everywhere. Loved it! And it had one double bed as opposed to 2 adjacent twins - hard to find that in Europe. A great value for the money, much better than a bigger hotel Innthe center we stayed at a few years ago when in Maastricht. Go for it, we would again as well!

Review 16：Location was excellent for my needs. Close to the train and bus station and several stops, easily connecting hotel to business or touristic places. Short walk to the city center. I was given very nice room at the top floor with so pleasurable view (spring time, everything was so green around).

Review 21：Hotel is a little dirty in places and some parents may feel some décor is not suitable for younger children. If booking at reception, breakfast was €19 each which we thought was expensive. There are a few really nice places to get breakfast just across or down the street for far less. Each room is refreshed with a 0.2L bottle of water each day. For 2 people this is not enough. 1L would have been more suitable. Parking outside is only free at night. A pay meter operates during the day with a max stay of 2 hours.
Review 22：Reasonably priced, slighty quirky hotel is well located. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about all parts of Maastricht from car parking & travel to sight seeing and restaurants.
Review 23：It's called a design hotel, but it's not. Led lighting in the front office desk does not make your hotel design. I really could not find one piece of design in the hotel. The bathroom looked as of under construction, the bedroom was good but basic with some red and black (does not make it design). The sigarette bin for staff in the outdoor area and the office trasbin with the bag hanging out didn't help either. Maybe for Hampshire this is there 'design' formula, but it doesn't separate itself from an average large corporate office interior.

Review 33：The location was very central. Good parking was available. A short walk to restaurants, bars and the heart of the town. The gym is basic, but has every necessary and is very clean. Very comfortable bed and the staff a extremely helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy my 3 nights there.

Review 38：Very modern hotel, the rooms were very sophisticatedly designed, the location is top next to the central station and at walking distance from the city centre and the street itself is a shopping street of Maastricht. The staff was helpful and a small cookie was offered at the reception. The room had a kettle where you could make tea and coffee. A public parking is nearby where you can park for 12 euros for 24 hours. The bathroom had small ducks as decoration!
