Review 1：The view (we had a room on the back of the building) not so good but ok. Wi-fi in the room costs money (c'mon guys!).

Review 2：Very fresh after the renovation - the room was clean and very comfortable.

Review 3：Was quite expensive considering we paid almost €120 for the NYE night in a 4-star hotel and also considering we had no Breakfast included in the price. Also we disliked the fact, that some members of the staff we found at the Hotel, could barely speak English.

Review 4：Hotel has been refurbished quite recently. The room was clean and big and the location is just peaceful. The bed is comfortable and very big. The views from the balcony are superb.

Review 5：Not ready for service. Pool and gym is not yet open (receptionist told that it will be opened on Feb 2016). Bad location, so no taxi is waiting in front. Only shattle bas is sometime available (but not frequent). Wifi is extra cost.

Review 9：The resort is still under construction , therefore only has a buffet restaurant no a la carte. We also had no hot water for almost 2 days which was addressed quickly. We also have noisy airconditioning and lack of free tv channels. Internet and pay tv available but expensive. In room kitchenette had no tea towels or detergents etc.

Review 10：The location is good and it is very quiet but you require a car as there are no local shops or restaurants. The rooms are excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly and pools and outdoor facilities are great.

Review 11：ordered a soda from the bar. They served it on two times just plain soda. No ice or even a lemon slice. I had to ask them if I can have some ice. This is not the way. I was on BB basis at Eur 90 a night. The satelite TV offers virtualy nothing and if you pay Eur 12 you can watch one day.

Review 18：When ordering room service, I was told I had to come down to swipe my room card for the bill! Whats the point of room service if you have to leave your room??? The pool and jacuzzi were cold! And you have to walk through the grand entrance/reception in your wet swimwear should you not want to use the manky changing rooms. You would think they would have a way to the elevator avoiding public view!

Review 19：Sauna was decent and as it should be! Probably the only good thing about the hotel. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Review 20：Did not like that you had to pay for internet. Kettle had to be replaced as it did not work. TV also went off and had to be reported and only 1 English Channel showing news unless you paid 10 euros for 24hours viewing.

Review 21：Very young children were swimming in the indoor pool with no diapers as a result I couldn't use the pool. Sunbeds for the indoor pool were dirty and unusable.

Review 23：We are Maltese and I was disappointed that the tv maltese stations were not available. Also I could not find Maltese newspapers to buy only ones in English

The fact that internet is freely available from the lobby is great and a printer is free to use which I did as at the moment am studying and needed to print some documentation sent during my stay at the hotel. Entertainment was lovely as well

Review 27：Was listed as country view but what I could see was an abandoned house ...to see the country view one had to go out in the balcony and stay on the side to get a glimpse of the view. For just a little more would have been more worth it to take the sea view.

Review 34：The furniture is old and in our room there was a bad smell of humidity. So much we left our clothes in our luggage as the wardrobe had a very bad smell.

Review 38：Thin windows - if you choose more expensive room with a sea view you will hear 24/7 car noise from the major road in front of the hotel as well as music from the bars on the other side of the shore. Choose backyard instead which is cheaper and very quiet. Do not pay 18.50 eur for the dinner - better take the shuttle to the nearby town Qawra/Bugibba and find some restaurant there. The food for the dinner is terrible in the hotel - no fried food at all. Breakfast is good, however. The hotel is 3-3.5 stars definitely not 4. Renovation needed. Despite, these shortcomings we were satisfied overall.

Review 39：Courtesy of staff, spacious room, no children, breakfast, air conditioning, outdoor swimming pool, shuttle service goes every half an hour and takes 10 minutes to Bugibba center.

Review 40：as soon as you walk into reception you get the general feel of this hotel, very dated. the guest rooms are old, tired, tatty badly in need of updating. bathrooms ok but not clean. most 4 star hotels we have stayed in have toiletries for their guests to use, this hotel had two shower hats and two of the thinnest bars of soap we have ever seen. The shower gel (if you can call it that) was dispensed via container on wall, a rubber shower mat a dirty plastic stall and a mouldy shower curtain completed the bathroom. On the balcony there were two green plastic very dirty chairs, and a very dirty white plastic table to match. The furniture was falling to bits. This hotel could be very good it badly needs updating. we did tell reception that we were not happy with our room and they did try to put us in another, but all the rooms were the same. would never stay at this hotel again, and would never recommend it to anyone else. our view is that this is not a 4 star hotel.

Review 41：the pool area was nice, although like rest of hotel needed a lot of TLC, lots of sunbeds. we had a sea view which was lovely. staff were friendly. towels were clean and were replaced whenever needed both in room and pool towels.
