Review 1：Reception girl was very pleasant and very helpful. Hotel is high quality, close to center and train station and very quiet. I really enjoy. P.S. I get vegetarian breakfast to take with me before I leave hotel before restoran start working. Big plus for that!!!

Review 2：1. I forgot there cell charger and my favorite earphones. Called the hotel and asked to send (domestic parcel) me what I lost, they promised to check but didn't call me, as promised. Just to be clear: I realize they may not want to send me things back, or a maid may want lo keep thinks for herself, but they twice promised to call me back (domestic lines) but never did!2. looks like the room few days was without guests, and staff switch off central heating for the room. It was VERY cold when I arrived.

Review 4：It's not just a hotel, but also a club and restaurant. Good food - nice and cheap. Nice staff. I dropped on here. Nice town - pleasantly surprised.

Review 5：beds not particularly comfortable(duvets very heavy) would have preferred some more efficient blinds to shut out the early morning light was awake at 4am!

Review 7：The rooms need proper curtains or blackout blinds - otherwise light streams in at dawn, disrupting sleep in the summer months (that's 04:30 am in May/June!). Some rooms are directly over the outside smoking area - very noisy on a Saturday night. The hotel entrance is quite hard to find and very narrow for larger cars to pass through.

Review 8：Staff very friendly and helpful

Review 9：Over all the room was as comfortable as it needed to be. My only issue was that they had no kettle in the room to make a morning tea, or when in arrived back late the bat would be closed so I was not able to have tea or coffee before going to bed, this I missed. Also you could not get English speaking channels on the television without them having been voice over. I would stay at the hotel again. The staff I find to be helpful and friendly.

Review 10：I was at the hotel for 9 days, and found the location was in a good place for me. I was working at the opera nova I enjoyed the walk to the opera everyday, passing by some beautiful old buildings you have in this great town. this I enjoyed. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Review 11：The rooms were drab, the carpets threadbare, the shower was old and falling apart. The wi-fi was too weak to work in the rooms. On the first night there was a party being held and the guests were raucous until about 03.30.

Review 24：The breakfast room is done in the style of a cave, which is rather uncomfortable, especially since there is hardly any natural light. The same song is played over the speakers again and again and again ... The quality of the breakfast is average to poor. While you can order extra fried eggs etc., there were no rolls anymore at 9 o'clock, there are only two kinds of cereals (none of the healthy variant) and not much cheese etc. to chose from. Parking costs extra. Two days before we arrived the hotel had blocked the money on my account - even though we had booked the possibility of a free cancellation.

Review 26：1. forced to wake-up at 5:30 am due to strong sun light. THe windows face Eastwards. The curtains are thin and dont reflect any light. This was a big disruption. 2. unreliable wifi and weak at best

Review 35：The easy of such a centrally located apartment was bliss.The proximity of the shops was ideal and the apartment just beautifully designed and decorated.Reception staff brilliant and professional.

Review 36：At breakfast the first morning the toaster was not working. For the next 2 mornings the broken toaster was carefully placed out at breakfast again. It would have been heplful if the staff had shown us where the lights were in the upstairs corridor. We struggled to find the door lock for 2 nights then found it the last day.
