Review 1：Parking. Hotel parking very limited, and fairly difficult to get in to. Parking near the hotel is restricted. For a 4* hotel, I think the breakfasts could be a little more adventurous, although there is a good selection of fresh fruit and bread.

Review 2：Quiet, despite being in the centre of town. Great location for walking around the town. Staff friendly. Great idea to extend breakfast times on New Year's Day. I like the hotel enough to have made this a second stay.

Review 3：The hotel is situated in very center, in historical building. Nice lobby and reception. Suits are typical. Breakfast is good enough. The windows from suits looking on the good restaurant, very popular.

Stafff were fantastic, hotel was beautiful and so was the food , we were there for awedding,and the morning after the wedding we were leaving about 715 and the guy on reception made sure we had breakfast before we left , we really thought that was excellent service and a very long gesture. Review 11：Very impressive building in the heart of historic Viseu, with free parking right opposite the hotel, quiet and very large rooms and an absolutely delicious breakfast buffet with freshly pressed juices, cakes and local pastry, different kinds of tasty bread, and numerous other hot and cold dishes. Would definitely stay again!

Review 22：The building is a beautiful old building. However, there are only a limited number of suites decorated in old style. The standard rooms are more modern. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful and opened the upstairs bar on request. The hotel is very well located near all the major sights in Viseu.

Review 52：1. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. The only place where any of all our devices could pick up a little bit of signal was the bathroom!!! This was very dissapointing for 4* hotel. 2. There was no water at all one of the mornings and no hot water an evening before. 3. Hair dryer was broken and parts were falling appart when in use, and generaly that type of hair dryer is horrible and not ment for ladies with long hair.

We were also a bit unimpressed by the quality of the coffee served at breakfast. It tasted like soluble coffee and that doesn't suit the 4 stars and excelent repute of this hotel.

All main sights was within walking distance and there were a number of good restuarants in the vicinity serving local and traditional food. The breakfast was ample with juices, cereals, delicious breads and pastries, and a few hot and cold items. The rooms were well furnished and the bathroom was well supplied. The staff at reception were very courteous and helpful and spoke English fluently. I needed to use a taxi a couple of times as was attending a conference outside the old town. The service booked by the Reception staff was very prompt.

Review 64：Hotel is quite unique and nicely decorated. It has comfortable lobby and other rooms for guests to relax. Actual rooms are very spacious. The best thing was excellent breakfast. Really fresh orange juice and everything was high quality.
