Review 1：The bathroom had no heating and could get a bit cold. Even though we do not smoke, the bathroom would sometimes smell a lot like someone had been smoking, probably due to the air ducts.
Review 2：Friendly staff and room cleaning every day. Cheap breakfast.
Review 3：It was winter time - the room was very hot to stay - like Hamam, and the stuff could not do anything about it.

Review 6：I did an early check in. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They send a fruit dish to my room. Housekeeping was also good and helping. There was a free bottle of water, water heater, tea and coffee in the room which is so nice if you want to stay in your room and drink a cup of tea with home comfort. Gaziantep is a little bit more expensive than its neighbours and it is also a convention and trade center of eastern part of Turkey along with its many touristic places. So hotel businiess is very good in there. That increases the prices however, Plaza hotel's prices were reasonable according to others.
