Review 1：The office was locked when we tried to checkout and had to use the phone outside the office to figure out what to do with our room keys. It was a holiday, but it would have been nice for them to explain what we should do when we checked in. The room was "non-smoking," but the room smelled strongly of smoke.
Review 2：The owners redecorated the interior of our room as best as they could, but everything was still very old (like from the 1990s).
Review 3：The hotel room was very filthy. We didn't want to sleep in the beds or shower there, but we had no choice.

Review 23：Flooring in bathroom appeared very worn and visibly dirty (multi-level linoleum had soil worn into the cracks and crevices). No mold or actual damage in the rooms which is good.
Review 24：Location was exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Neighbors (out of control of staff) were fighting. Could hear someone being thrown against a wall and other sounds of struggle. My husband went out and it stopped temporarily. When it started up again, office staff addressed the "other" guests and it stopped completely. We did not call the office at all, they just noticed and took care of it.
Review 25：Rag-tag upkeep. Dirty (dusty) and trash behind dressers and night stand and missing lock on window. Air condition older than me and could not read the settings.
Review 26：The location was pleasant and it was rather quiet. Close to attractions but away from the congestion.
Review 27：* A towel bar or two in the bathroom. * A hook on the inside of the bathroom door. * Took awhile to get into the WIFI, but it was probably 4 or 5 a.m. when I tried. It was probably turned off at that time. Later on, was fine.
Review 28：* Unique decor. Very Indian (Asian): lots of red and gold, columns, fancy circular wall deco, mirror and wall ornament decorated with beautiful, transparent beads.
Review 29：The room was not clean nor was the bathroom. There was a bug in the bed. The heat did not work and a receipt was not available. I think I was overcharged. $158 for two nights for 76.xx each that should be $153.xx but could not prove without receipt.

Review 31：Did not like the we ended up with two beds instead of the queen bed we booked for as well as being over charged the price we booked it for as well. Smelled musty and tiles were off on the back of the tub.
Review 32：Well the refrigerator froze all the drinks and food. My boyfriend brought a extension cord for the use of the microwave and refrigerator. The air conditioner was kind of old so we would have to turn it on and off every few hours.
Review 33：The room was comfortable but small. Not a bad price for what was there. Not too far from Hershey park, The manager was polite and easy to talk to. Very accommodating when it came to needing extra pillows and extra towels.
Review 34：Was staying in town for a music festival and needed to be near the park. Location was great and it was the cheapest option in town. Motel itself is very outdated, deadbolt didn't work and the room wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom window had a huge crack and the "curtain" was a bath towel hung on a curtain rod....However, beds were clean and that was my main priority. If other Hershey motels weren't so overpriced, I would have stayed elsewhere, but the place could have been worse. If you need a quick stopover and spend very little time in the room, it's fine.
Review 35：Dirty, large spider jumped on husbands back in the shower, Curtains in bathroom made from towels,slamming doors all night from people i believed lived in motel on a full time basis. So much dust and dirt behind tv stand, dirt all over floor.

Review 37：I didn't like the way they cleaned the rooms. They emptied the trash but everyday when they took the dirty towels we a Was shorted a towel or washcloth everyday. By the end we had 1 towel and 1 washcloth

Review 41：On-line picture was misleading. This is an old style motel, with no extras except for wi-fi. There was an unplugged refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The coffee maker was so dirty that I would not have used it even if there had been coffee, filters and a mug provided (which there wasn't). Not worth the amount charged (maybe a $40/night room, definitely not a $70/night room).
Review 42：The location was perfect for me, just 1.5 miles from my destination. No frills, but served the purpose of a place to sleep.
Review 43：The curtains were raggedy and the equipment was raggedy, i.e., air conditioner. Refrigerator was not plugged in. There were not too many electrical plugs. Had to take turns with the family members to charge devices.

Review 47：I've been to $20 motels and this motel is the worst. The smell of the room was unbearable and as for cleanliness, it was nonexistent. It was so dirty that dust and dirt was everywhere. The carpet seemed it hasn't been vacuumed sincere it opened. The ac didn't work and when I asked to check out early because of the rashes that my family and I had to endure, the owner quote in her words "you people always do this." This place deserve to be condemned, not only because of the filth but the owner and staff lack the training to run a proper motel, as well as treating guests of all nationality with the respect and kindness.

Review 87：Everything was passé. There were no toiletries. Frig was not clean and we fortunately brought our own coffee pot. There was so much mold in the shower that we opted to bathe at our next destination which was rather unpleasant after driving 6 hours. I would not recommend this for more than a last resort which was our situation. Going into the 4th of July week, all of the reasonably priced places were booked. There were also a number of insects to deal with.

Review 96：The shower did not operate correctly. The diverter was in need of replacement. Most of the water went to the tub rather than the shower. There were no creamer or sugar for the coffee. Although I made the reservation online the desk did not know we were coming. Said something about if reservations were made three months out the reservation dropped.

She was friendly.The room smelled musty and like mildew. My boyfriend woke up and hissinuses were clogged. They cleared up after we left the room and wentto the park. Coffee pot. No coffee! The refrigerator wasn'tplugged in so consequently wasn't cold enough to put beverages. Itwas room temperature inside and would have taken all night to cool offproperly. When I booked the room it was supposed to be for a king sizebed. We got 2 double beds. This may be our fault for the late checkin. I'm not sure.
Review 105：The location is close to Hershey Park. We only had to stay there 1night and were so exhausted it was a place to lay our heads to rest. Ifit wasn't so late, I would have left and traveled further to anicer place.
Review 106：Coffee pot not cleaned since last guest (and needs to be replaced).Fridge barely ran and needs to be replaced. Motel office does not supplyice (or shampoo or conditioner) to its guests. After 3 hour drive wereally needed a cold drink. Even though there was an ice bucket in theroom. No snack/ beverage machines on site.

Review 113：Check in person who I assume was the owner couldn't or wouldn'tspeak English.1) The first thing I noticed was nowhere to hang clothes.When I noticed this after check in I went back to the office to let themknow and try to get a different room but that apparently was not anoption for me.2) We didn't have hot water Friday evening at 9:00 pmthen again Saturday at 7:30 Am. 3) The commode plugged up Saturday at7:00 pm. 4) No phone system to call front desk, had to go to office witheach problem. 5) No cups for the coffee or water. 6) No facial tissue.7) The shelf under the mirror in bathroom was unusable (very loose.) 8)One light was out on the bathroom mirror. 9) Heater in the bathroom nextto tub all rusted out with dirt on floor. 10) Heavy dust on appliancesand all flat surfaces.

Review 115：Thin walls and could see daylight around the door, so was noisy. It was an older property with crumbling tilework in the bath, old and thin towels, unusual decor, and I would have thought the "King room" had a king-sized bed. Cheap and close.
