Review 1：Hotel nowadays looks like a transit camp for guests from China: no chance to sleep or relax at night and early morning

Review 3：The hotel is somewhat isolated guests really need there own transport as there is nothing nearby at all. I had to rent a motorcycle from the hotel as a result, it was old but cost twice as much as one in Phuket or Pattong. The TV was useless, not even a dedicated English or Sports channel. Breakfast is prepared for Asian tastes but the staff did kindly cook eggs for me when I asked for more choice. Cooler rather than fridge, no ice.
Review 4：The room, facilities and quiet location were all positives about this hotel. My son was playing in the Phuket Nines so the location near the Sports Centre was excellent.
Review 5：The mess in and around the pool. We arrived at 9pm and there was an extensive amount of food, bottles and polystyrene containers by pool. This mess remained until 10AM the next morning. Dogs were eating the scraps all morning. Not really want you want to see when you draw the curtains in the morning. There were wallets and credit cards at the bottom of the pool! This was one serious party that had occurred prior to our arrival.
Review 6：Receptionist was very helpful when our original taxi had mechanical issues. She organised another one for us so we wouldn't miss our ferry. It was not her responsibility but she just did it anyway.
Review 7：Worst breakfast in 45 years of traveling. Loaves of bread and a toaster were on offer for the western breakfast. I asked for butter or jam and none was available. (Some appeared the second day). Instant coffee, powdered orange juice. The Asian breakfast was cold fried noodles or cold fried rice. It was pretty grim.
Review 8：Fabulous pool, very well kept and clean. Great room and lovely shower. The room cleaning staff could use some lessons, but once we cleaned the place a bit, it was great.
Review 9：Unfortunately, the service offered by the hotel wasn’t as luxurious as looks the bedroom. I recommend to you to avoid the restaurant. I received a raw chicken… and about the breakfast. Everything was cold and full of ants. In addition, the hotel is far from everything. That means to pay a lot to go somewhere to eat, walk, do shopping, … And the closer 7eleven is at 30 minutes walking.
Review 10：First thing to say : The room looks impressing ! The team was friendly but it is not going to give a better value at this hotel.
Review 11：The guy at front desk seems a bit up himself, didn't see him smile once. They charge 800 baht for a taxi to the airport when it's so close. I got to patong for 400 baht from the airport which is double the distance. Unfortunately you are in the middle of nowhere so there are no other available taxis unless you want to walk 5 km. If you decide to go for a walk there are over 10 dogs who will bark and chase you, be careful.
Review 12：The rooms were big, the shower was great, the pool was great, the air conditioning was amazing, the whole place was clean.
Review 13：Breakfast is nice but small selection in comparison to large resort however very fresh and unlimited. Need ladders in the swimming pool. I could get out but if you older or been here for cosmetic surgery you may struggle to get out of the pool but only if you don't have swim access room as step is low in those rooms.
Review 14：Rooms cleaned perfectly, bedding and towels changed often and when ever requested. Tesco nearby you can rent a bike in the hotel. Staff are friendly and manager printed out my documents hassle free. Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows galore. Quality bedding not a single mark on anything. Swim up pool rooms are good and so is the villa I stayed in both. Free shuttle to a great beach layan and lovely beach restaurants. I booked an extra week I liked it so much and used it as my base to travel around. It's that secure I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there. Food complex at tesco is great and ten minutes away by scooter. Road here is relaxed and safe to drive on and I'm fussy so was brilliant for someone who like me only drives a car.

Review 17：An extremely big room, very comfortable. According to our pool access room, it is very recommended as we love to enjoy the friendly sunshine after having the breakfast. Just step outside the room and the pool is next to us. Both sunbath and swim are comfortable there. Wish those people who were enjoying the swimming pool at the same time can be more quiet.
Review 18：Wasn't near anything I needed some money changed up and hotel staff said there was only 10 baht at the desk so I had to walk to the tesco lotus .. The guy behind desk said it was about 15 minutes away but it actually took me the best part of an hour to get there :( not a problem if you've got a car or moped I guess .. The hotel offers free shuttles to a lovely quiet beach about 10 minute drive away which is good

Review 20：Requested champagne to surprise my GF on arrival. When checking out they tried to charge me 1,800 BAT!! Half the price of the room for a cheap Bottle of sparkling wine which was worth 15€. Complained about this and was told about import charges etc.. Bottle was from Thailand. Will never stay or recommend to anyone due to the dishonest nature of the manager. Very ignorant on the phone as he was not on premises to deal with the complaint. When asked for a Taxi to leave I was told I had to avail of there minibus which was 1000BAT to Patong. Walked 2 miles to find a taxi who had a rate of 450. Again another scam. Making a special request I expect to pay above the odds but to be scammed in such a way I think is just shocking.

Review 22：the location and staff really let this place down. Badly organised and extremely unhelpful we were left twiddling our thumbs for an hour at both check in and out. Despite our previous booking, the late hour and the hotel being half empty - the unresponsive staff left us in the mosquito exposed 'lobby' with no explanation for the delay. Although included, the breakfast was extremely average with everything needing a good scrub. Beware of the extortionate taxi costs! Won't be returning to this hotel - hundreds of better options on the Island
