Reviews for Avala Resort & Villas

Review 1:The bed was a bit small as a double one and the sofa bed for the child was an armchair and not a bed.

Review 2:The enormous spacious room and the location in the very heart of the old town

Review 3:Cold room, understaffed restaurant.

Review 4:The room was so cold. Air condition could not warm up the space during the 3 days we stayed there. If only they thought of it and turend it on a day before.

Review 5:Room wasn't prepared, we must call them to add bedding, towels and to clean the room. Additionally, first night of staying was freezing! Escalators didn't work for one whole day!

Review 6:Location! There's no better location in Budva. Breakfast was excellent, dinner good.

Review 7:The sink was blocked, but we have stayed for one night only, so not a big deal.

Review 8:The location is great, close to everything. The room spacious and very clean.

Review 9:This hotel is next to the old town and very easy to walk around the city. the room is very comfortable and the food is very tasty. We loved staying there and will definitely go back!

Review 10:Don't like hotels waiting down their breakfast juices. Meals average quality but plentiful. Rooms large.

Review 11:Great location and very comfortable hotel.

Review 12:It was rainy during our stay and the rain was also coming inside... Plenty of place were 'closed' because the rain was leaking from the walls or ceilings. There is a very nice spa with a big jacuzzi... which is limited to 3 people. It is mu h bigger than a bath tub but the staff is still complaining if there are more than 3 people in it even if there is no one else than your own group of friends in the spa... Finally, the rooms are very noisy. The view from the rooms is fantastic but you know exactly when people from your floor are back in their rooms since you have to smash the door to close it properly. There is also a night club/DJ Bar just outside but which keep its doors open so you can enjoy the music in your bed without getting there. This is only annoying if you intend to sleep but after all who goes in a bedroom to sleep?? :-) In conclusion, the location is great, room size is big but this is far from being a luxury hotel. Loads of details to be improved to make this a proper top hotel and to justify its prices

Review 13:Location is great! On the beach and very close to the old town

Review 14:Excellent hotel, best position, most beautiful view on see and old town.. Staff is also kind and professional. Room is large and elegant. We'll come again definitely!!!

Review 15:Even with few guests, all guests are put in rooms next to each other. The sound insulation is poor - the honeymoon couple next door to me in room S13 sounded like they had been in prison for years and just met that night after long abstinence. Can you space out the guests now the hotel has low occupancy? I always book on the day but the guard at the car park Brandenburg gate never has my name on his list.

Review 16:Reception staff are super.

Review 17:Jacuzzi was filled with green water, which did not look clean. After complaining, staff sad it was cleaned and ok, but it was still green and not looking clean. For a 4 star hotel this is not ok.

Review 18:It was extremely confusing getting to the hotel in the first place. It is a vast complex without proper signage. The room facilities were very poor (we stayed in the Executive suite). The shower was broken; the bar fridge was not well equiped. But worst of all, the "free" wifi ran at a murderous slow speed and had a very narrow bandwidth. The staff were very nice but seemed completely untrained. The most popular eatery (the smorgasbord board) had the least amount of seating and the food was very ordinary. The most expensive eatery (the Italian restaurant) had a huge seating area without anybody in it. The management of the resort was bizarre to say the least.

Review 19:The location was very good. Right next to the old town of Budva and on the beach. The beach itself was small and crowded and the water was polluted, but there was access to a better swimming area just around the corner.

Review 20:Private party in Bruno restaurant till 1am did not let sleep anybody in the hotel. Having water tap at the beach exit to get rid of sand when you leave it would help to keep the hotel cleaner.

Review 21:Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Special thanks to the lady cleaning our room. Hotel location is great.

Review 22:The staff are helpful but we had to ask for extra toiletries as they weren't replenished. The wifi is terrible. Could never get it in the room and when I did get it in the lobby, it was minimal and very slow. The finish on the rooms isn't great, eg paintwork could be tidied up. The breakfast was average. I think charging for juice and a decent coffee is not fair given the price of the hotel. Also, being unable to bring in your own drinks is a bit silly and an annoyance.

Review 23:The location is fantastic - ten seconds to the Old Town! We stayed in a standard villa, which was very spacious, had a comfortable bed, a wonderful rain shower and beautiful views. The balcony is big and comfortable. The pool is lovely and so is the private beach area. I do recommend it.

Review 24:I am really very impresed. Very friendly and professional staf. Good comunication. Nice plce, fantastic sea veiw. Very clean. If you like real vacation, I recomend Avala! Avala is offering more than we pay!

Review 25:there was a weird smell in the room although not very disturbing.

Review 26:Probably the best location Hotel in budva. Rooms were always clean. Breakfast was good, if you are looking for various of food maybe it may disappoint you but still good enough for %90 of the people. Gym was more than good enough. Beach was ok with a good view of the old town. Staff was very cheerful (suprisingly too cheerful sometimes)

Review 27:Breakfast not great given standard of hotel. Chaotic & no system for allocating tables when busy - we were given a table only to find another family had taken our place! Worth going for breakfast well before 9am when everyone arrives at once. Jacuzzi could have been hotter & staff should ensure it's not used by kids as a play area. It'd be great if turkish baths were switched off earlier than 4pm.

Review 28:Great location & fantastic room. Amazing sea views & views of Old Town. Great infinity pool & facilities to relax. Was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Free parking was great benefit too.

Review 29:The private beach: dirty (full of cigarettes buds, plastic bits and pieces), the sun beds mattresses were rotten and teared apart. The hotel doesn't have a policy regarding the sunbeds: half of the sunbeds were "reserved" without no one using them for hours. The hygiene at the beach bar was doubtful. The overall cleanliness of the hotel can be improved:the carpet on the hallway was smelly (we haven't seen anyone vacuum clean it in 10 days). It took 24 hours and few calls at the receptions for somebody to pick-up up the dishes left on the hallway. The free wi-fi is a disaster: it is low speed (we were warned at the reception) but even so it doesn't work.

Review 30:Great location, big hotel with a lot of facilities. The room was very spacious and well fitted.

Review 31:Dark and gloomy decor all around the hotel, we had a villa on the fourth level and needed to take the escalators which kept breaking down. Only had breakfast at the hotel which was quite basic not much fresh fruit. Not much space around the pools.

Review 32:Excellent location, spacious rooms.

Review 33:The pool side service could do with a bit of a refresh but it was mainly the breakfast. You have to pay extra for fresh orange juice and proper coffee. The constant loud (really bad) music playing all day by the pool.

Review 34:We had a fantastic room with stunning views and were very lucky to get an upgrade. The pool area has a beautiful view. Location was fantastic, right next to the old town walls. Beds were very comfortable and sound proofing in the room works a treat, as it can get loud during the day from the music by the pool.

Review 35:Our room was not clean - sand on the floor and mold in the bathroom. It was a great hotel in the past but not anymore.

Review 36:Location of the hotel is perfect - it is located just beside the old town, sea cost and great disco Trocadero:)

Review 37:Breakfast is too standart, you have to pay extra for fresh orange juice. The beach is not sand but stones and rocks.

Review 38:Best location, very nice pool and facilities. Luxurious suits are simply perfect.

Review 39:Rude and unprofessional beach bar staff. For example, when we asked why it took so long to order and get our drinks and food, the waiter responded with an annoyed voice "Well lady, this is not a restaurant you know!!!". We also overheard the bar staff commenting on a guest who ordered a drink and was waiting for a significant amount of time: "Let him burn in the sun for a while more" (?!?!?!). This just shocked us. Small and poorly maintained hotel beach (looks a bit dirty). Guests dropping their towels to reserve a sunbed early in the morning only to show up hours later.

Review 40:The location of this hotel is the best location in Budva. It's right next to the old town (literally few steps away), but without the added noise which you would have if you were actually staying in one of the apartments/hotels in the old town. Rooms are large enough as well as the bathrooms. Cleanliness is not perfect but it is good enough. Air conditioning is working quite well- which is not something I could say about the Wi-Fi. You can connect to the free Wi-Fi, but the connection is rather poor in the rooms. Which I suppose can be a good thing if you are on your holiday- who needs Wi-Fi when you're few steps away from the beach and spa center, right? Beach is rather small and would be OK as your first stop, however the bad thing is that it can be accessed also by anyone who pays a fee, so the access is not limited to hotel quests only. This results in all the sunbeds being taken rater quickly in the morning, so if you like to sleep in, you might loose your spot at the hotel beach. Beach bar staff - extremely rude. In general, hotel staff were much more professional than the beach bar staff. Reception was always busy, but the reception staff was very professional and always with a smile and a positive attitude. We were not easy guests and we had a number of requests, but they handled it all quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that. Other hotel staff was also always very positive and friendly, although the hotel in general seems to be slightly under-staffed. Perhaps because it was the peak of the season. Spa center looked nice and the service we got was excellent. Overall, I would definitely come back, just would not use the hotel beach at all. Fortunately there are so many other beaches which are just a short cab ride away, so you have plenty to choose from.

Review 41:We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't clean the room very well the next day. The room also smelled like cigarettes, if it was a smoking room they should have notified us before.

Review 42:We got upgraded to a beautiful suite very comfortable and luxurious.

Review 43:Nothing

Review 44:The hotel is in the heart of Budva, the best location in the city centre, everything is near. The staff is kind and helpfull. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. We had very spacious room with perfect bed. I highly recommend this hotel. It is the best choice in Budva.

Review 45:breakfast below level we expected. we booked a very nice suite, also very expensive, but is was inclusive loud music during the day and night

Review 46:a really well situated hotel

Review 47:Some points for improvent: No concierge was offered to us and some directions given by front desk weren't precise. One of the A/c wasn't working properly in the room (we didn't complain because we weren't using it). Staff should teach clients better which taxi companies they should use or make it easier somehow for them to get non-rip-off taxi drivers.

Review 48:We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, location was excellent, room was excellent.

Review 49:Qualifier of the breakfast could be beter (coffeeshop, fruit juices) and the villa's were large but in a bad state of maintenance.

Review 50:Perfect location, naar the old city Center.

Review 51:The whole facility was very Dirty and shabby. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Things were falling apart. Redicolous rules like no Drinks from outside allowed ... Not folliwing that rule is fined with 50€... Who are they to Tell me where i am allowed to buy my water??? Additionaly the mini bar was Not filled up daily ... So what am i supposed to Drink? Water from the Dirty tap? The room we had is supposed to cost 280€ during High Season. My Suggestion: Take that Money and Book a smaller Rom in a Five Star Hotel ....

Review 52:Location

Review 53:The staff were not that helpful and rooms not always cleaned.

Review 54:Fantastic location and great views. The old town is a few minutes walk away, the private beach is a bonus!

Review 55:Strictly precise checkin at 14h - I arrived at noon and MUST wait 2 whole hours for my room to be ready. Thats a 1st time in 5* for me to wait this much.

Review 56:Location, room

Review 57:Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and it wasn't really up to standard for a 4* hotel. Horrible fake juice and automatic coffee machine... But you can pay for extra for espresso. No cooked breakfast options. Internet was disgracefully bad, couldn't connect half of the times and when we could, it was really slow.

Review 58:Ideal location, private beach with nice loungers and towels. Very helpful and always smiley staff, helped us with organizing transfers to another city and such. The room was lovely, sea view is absolutely stunning.

Review 59:The private beach should have an extension to the showed...walking on pebbles barefoot was a bit risky

Review 60:Distance to the old town and all the restaurants

Review 61:My two criticisms would be that the hotel was very big and it took us some time to understand all the facilities on offer. Secondly it would have been nice if it had a good a la carte restaurant rather than the buffet on offer for evening meals.

Review 62:The rooms were a very generous size and the staff accommodating when we had to change our plans at short notice. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and lovely to our children. Location overlooking the old town and coast were perfect, and with great access to the beach. The hotel pool was great and the hotel has a fantastic gym with really modern equipment - probably the best I have seen anywhere.

Review 63:In my last day water suddenly disappeared. None of the taps worked. Even in the toilet.

Review 64:Breakfast, big and silent room, infront of the beach was excellent.

Review 65:Huge spread for breakfast...half of it was good, other half was ok. Air conditioning was marginal. Water leak in the wall at the tub faucet. Incredibly slow drink service at the pool area. Hotel check out was slow. Nice hotel, but there seems to be a lack of attention to detail.

Review 66:Nice staff and helpful. Modern, quiet, clean room, wifi, air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Fantastic bathroom with great shower. Great Location. Awesome workout room. Awesome pool. Nice beach area. Would stay here again, but not at the price that we paid.

Review 67:Facilities weren't ready for season start. Told we couldn't have a brolly by pool for our baby. Drilling in shops below our room all day!!!

Review 68:Lovely view from balcony.

Review 69:The free Wifi is not working well. They do offer Wifi to pay, but if you advertise as if there is free Wifi, you should make sure it works well.

Review 70:We really liked the hotels location and the setting

Review 71:Staff. Dinner was overpriced and not very nice.

Review 72:Location & facilities are brilliant but the staff are rude and the atmosphere wasn't inviting. Breakfast was good.

Review 73:Everything was perfect. Our room was bigger than our own appartment. View on the sea.. The staff is very helpful and nice. The pools are amazing especially the one outside. Value for price is veeery good. We will come back again for sure.

Review 74:I booked online for a sea view room and requested for the hotel to please give us one with the best view (I was there for my 30th birthday) and to my pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a luxury suite on the house. Not only that, but the hotel even sent a birthday cake to the suite and on my birthday the staff at the entrance to the breakfast restaurant knew it was my birthday. They really went above and beyond to make it special!! The hotel is very well situated next to Budva old town, a few steps away and is right on the ocean.

Review 75:The wifi is a disaster. Even when I paid 8 euro for 5 hours it was still too weak in room S23 to join a conference call. I then had to ring a USA number from my mobile which costed 123% more than the price of the room. Now the market is moving back towards Western European guests - the time of frozen cold unfriendly faces from staff is over. Get over it! Staff at breakfast are not police- they are there to serve. Give it a try - you will be surprised how guests react!

Review 76:The breakfast was extraordinary, but for such hotel they could have done it better i think. All the rest was perfect.

Review 77:ALmost everything except the wifi connection was poor with with bad reception, but i guess with such view and location right next to the old town, we can live with that.

Review 78:Hotel is poorly renovated, with paint all over stuff. Shaver cabin in our bathroom was overflowing water so that my husband had a flood in our bedroom that extended to adjoining room.

Review 79:Most beautiful location, situated by old city of Budva with best of sea side views.

Review 80:Not a single bad experience...

Review 81:Exterior of the hotel, interior are simply amazing; rooms are so, so spacious, definitely equipped with taste; we had breakfast&dinner and everything was so tasty with plenty to choose from; stuff were always with good temper and useful; view from the rooms is "heart-breaking; just 50 m. from old town and 50 m. from the beach; all in all traveling me in some 50 countries around the world and my friend in 123 countries around the world this is the best hotel we have ever got for that money...

Review 82:I had to pay for my child even I had booked the room for 2 adults+1 chd. I had made on booking.com 3 rooms and when I asked to the reception man another room for my parents, he wanted to give me an overpriced room, but i asked the price described on booking.com. This was disappointed. I choosed half board included ofert, but dinner was not good, also even water was extra charge. Breakfast is rich (variety and availability) but the quality is not very good in accordance of a 4 stars hotel.

Review 83:Hotel is best located, it is in heart of Budva and reach everything by just short walking.

Review 84:Check out procedures are strange: inventory of products provided in the room is misreported and no procedure for confirmation exist. Rooms are accessed even if you leave on the door the sign "do not disturb".

Review 85:Service is good in general

Review 86:AVALA is absolutely best hotel in the city! There is no discussion on that. Hotel is best located, you are in heart of Budva and reach everything by just short walking. Also very well designed and equipped with maximum quality level. Service and staff is very helpful and warm! I recommend Avala Hotel for all people likes to have perfect time in Budva.

Review 87:Breakfast i'ts not was perfect but i think have rate 7/10 Casino its closed, but i understand because out of season :)

Review 88:Just love all what this resort have!

Review 89:The only thing we didn't like and what would need to be changed is the free WiFi. Namely, only in the loby and the bar the internet connection is free of charge. If you want to use internet in the room, you have to pay. I don't get it, it's same as to request additional payment for hot water in the bathroom.

Review 90:The room was huge. Everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was perfect, variouse dishes and slight changes of meny every morning. The location of the hotel is just amazing.

Review 91:Wifi is not included in the price of the rooms. Wifi is only available in common areas downstairs. For the amount you pay to stay at this hotel, wifi should be included everywhere!!

Review 92:We liked the pool overlooking the ocean and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast in the morning.

Review 93:Very slow service by the beach and paying extra for coffee at breakfast.

Review 94:The location is top notch. The design is appealing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Review 95:The size of the hotel -it's ridiculously big. We prefer smaller sized hotels, with a more personal touch. Avala is everything but personal. We were surprised how long it took to get a soap bar and clean glasses in the room.. the towels were ragged. the room - which costed a fortune - had a musty smell.. The main color of the hotel is dark grey (almost black) - with minimal lights, it's a totally depressing experience getting to your room or to the breakfast area. Such a bad concept! Oh yeah, and there's only free wifi in the public areas of the hotel.. I will never understand why a hotel would want to make you pay in your (already expensive) room for wifi.. that's just bad marketing strategy.

Review 96:The location is very central. The view is stunning - on the old town of Budva, the island of St Nicholas, and the sea.

Review 97:-staff in a restauraunt Bruno (in the evening) , were unpolite and we weren't be serviced at all. -rooms are unnecessary huge, with only one french bed, in 80 sqm?! - bad atmosphere arround lounge , searching internet, with bad smell, in such expensive hotel

Review 98:- very comfortable and cosy beds - perfect atmosphere for breakfast - nice swimming pool

Review 99:Too much stone in the architecture. Bathroom stunk even after was cleaned. Breakfast is rich (variety and availability) but the quality is not at the standard I had expected. Too expensive for what it offers.

Review 100:Location is perfect near the old city and the beach.

Review 101:Room service is zero! They do not clean properly and for 2 days we came back to our room and it was not cleaned yet and the towels were not replaced

Review 102:Location is perfect, very convenient to get around

Review 103:Beach staff incompetent, useless...A torn curtain and traces on the wall in a room at 200 euros per night...

Review 104:Geographic location Beautiful vue from the room Room Amenities Heartyand full breakfast Pools, private beach

Review 105:That we did not stay there for longer

Review 106:Stunning,spacious room with views of the sea and the old town Beautiful outdoor swimming pool area leading into the indoor pool, spa and gym Friendly, courteous staff. Quality breakfast with plenty of variation Really nice ambience throughout the whole hotel during the day and night. There were so many comfy areas to sit and relax and enjoy

Review 107:The fact that u have to pay to access wifi in the room is unacceptable. Paying for american coffee as an extra at breakfast. Also, breakfast would have been much richer if there were live stations.

Review 108:The location is right in old town, wow! We also got upgraded to a suite with a sea view, it was really amazing! The staff were very helpful and gave excellent recommendations of things to do! Also, the rates of the hotel in taxis were just like prices outside of the hotel, which is usually not the case!

Review 109:Avala resort is perfect design and supose to be enjoyable vacation, butthere is so poor management that I don't have even word to describe.I stay in family suite with my husband and 3 kids (10, 17, 20) and I paydaily just room and breakfast $550 +Tax. All young kids try the best tosatisfy but ManAgers And director are terible. I have dpider web inroom, so I went to front desk to complain it happened that cleaningManAger is around, Girl with russian Accent. She appologes to me and shepromise that she Will take care Of it. Next day spider web was stilthere and I decided to ignore it. But on my way down I meet Girl ManAgerand she ask me am I happy now since they supose to clean. I was shocked, she fid not even come to check after complain, but she ask me if iseverything ok. Next, on swimming pool we ordered bottle of water 1l andcofe. Water come without glass and cafe without spoon or whatever to mixsugar. Internet can be used with this huge price, only in common area oryou have to pay it extra, even then is poor. Director is havingbreakfast with guests and pushing everyone to get it first. Bathroomwalls have leftover of shampoo from who know when...... Thanks God wejust sleep in this room and it was summer otherwise....., Aa

Review 110:Huge rooms, very nice design Close to every fun in Budva Pool shapeand location

Review 111:To change the scale at the bridge inside the sea(coming out from the sea to the platform ),because the actual two are full of rusty and dangerous for cutting

Review 112:Everything is perfect

Review 113:Only on one day the bed was not properly made and glasses were not changed. It is not always easy to find a free subbed at the beach

Review 114:We spent a great time at this amazing hotel: the location is in the very center of the town, the executive room was huge and comfortable, exactly as pictured: the sea and mountain view was wonderful at any time of the day. The beach and pool are both nice and relaxing. Breakfast was rich and various. But the top mark goes to Bruno Restaurant: fine food, delicate cousine, nice local wines and highly professional staff. We got to Montenegro by car and, despite the long wait at Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegro borders, it was really worth the wait! The hotel parking lot is big and secure. Definitely a place to go back!

Review 115:No free wi-fi in the room. Service was very slow in the pool area. Food smell in the hallways!

Review 116:Modern, clean, comfortable, huge room with nice view. A rich breakfast varieties...

Review 117:Hotel spa and the pools are not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel, but honestly who would lie at the pool side when the lively seaside is just so inviting. Definitely not me.

Review 118:The location:The resort is situated just next to Budva's "stari grad" which means the old medieval stone walled city. Inside these walls, all of the historical buildings have been turned into busy small shops and expensive restaurants and they attract the majority of the tourists coming to budva. The resort:Avala, I was told was first built as a hotel in the 1930s, a stone clad building which was expanded through the years by an additional modern building and eventually a large number of villas. Hence it became a resort inside its own bay facing the stari grad walls. The original stone building acommodates spacious suites where fine building materials are used during renovation, and the building faces directly the sea and the old town walls on the side. Next to it the modern building with the standard rooms is built on the hill top. Finally the villas reach from the sea level to top of the hill. Needless to say, the stone building is the right choice for anyone seeking a full experience of the resort.Rooms:I stayed in a business suite in the stone building which was a 70 sq-meters room with high ceiling and a 6sq-meters balcony facing the sea. The room has good overall sound isolation. The silent aircon can be operated with the windows open. Curtains are light blocking but the bathroom wall is made of glass and conveys the light to the room from the shower area. Bed is very comfortable. Room is odorless with stone floor.Service:If contacted in advance, the hotel management can arrange any special wish. Montenegro yet seems to lack some of the taken for granted standards in the west world so make sure you have clarified your requests upfront.Amenities:The hotel beach is stony and fully packed with beach beds. A top 40 party club music fills the air during the whole afternoon. Access is free for hotel guests and externals pay a fee and enter.

Review 119:-the response of the staff from the reception is really poor..We asked some supplies for the room and got them after an hour and 4 telephonic follow ups... This should be definitely improved... - Food quality is below average for such a hotel - No free wifi at the hotel rooms

Review 120:-The executive suite was a nice experience, clean and very comfortable - Location is perfect

Review 121:The staff was very unprofessional and the cleaning staff was terrible. We had to call the reception every day because the room wasn't clean and they didn't leave clean towels. The staff at the Bruno was totolaly unorganised and we waited more than one hour just to order. Been guest at Avala many many times before. But this year the hotel really lost class, so not worth the money nor the stars. Will probably not visit it again.

Review 122:Great location. Modern building.

Review 123:The prices are quite expensive (4*hotel) and the service is not at the level of the prices...One lamp was broken when I took my room. I told it immediately at the reception. During one week, the lamp was not changed...can you believe it?...a friend of mine fell down on the elevator because it was wet. The hotel doesn't have anything for the first aid...I came to the reception and they told me :"go to hospital or call a doctor or maybe the spa has some...''...and of course I was obliged to go myself to manage it...incrediblefor a 4*hotel service...and I don't talk about the food which is without taste and iniatives either, just the minimum...even a 2*hotel could do better for a best price and a better hospitality...Forget to have your internet free access in your room for 1200e the week, only in the lobby. You would have to add on your budget 2e/hour internet access during your week there with a difficult connexion... You want to go to visit Budva, rent an appartment and save your money, this hotel has a beautiful vue but that's it so it's too expensive just for that...the end of the decoration of the rooms are really done quickly by non professional workers...really I defenately regret that choice...

Review 124:The Adriatique vue - the swimming pools, the spa and the fitness center

Review 125:Internet access must be everywhere, not just in the lobby of the hotel.

Review 126:Everything! Position of the hotel, its restaurant, staff - everything was under my expectations. We had an executive room in the old part of the hotel which was so spacious, had all the amenities and was just perfect!

Review 127:Nothing at all!!!

Review 128:The staff always do everything in their power to let the guests have a pleasant stay. The location is the best due to it's location next to the oldtown! Definetly coming back next year!!!

Review 129:Nothing at all!!

Review 130:The staff is really friendly and the amenities are really good! The location is the best in budva, right next to the old town. Next year we will come back for sure!

Review 131:Rooms were starkly furnished ,we were in a suite with sea view. Massive room but small window and balcony

Review 132:Position. Close to town and beach. Lovely swimming pool

Review 133:Smell from the restaurant when it came up the hallways. Internet should be free all over. Bedrooms should have two loung chairs. ... but expensive. The business centre for printing was not available.

Review 134:Check in was a breeze. The room in the new part of the hotel is excellent. Concierge service to get a car rental was good. Breakfast was good. Dry cleaning was good... Great location to walk around the old town and to access the different beaches by foot.

Review 135:Cleaness very poor, we had to call the cleaning twice to make up the room. Sun terrace pillow cover were broken and substituted with broken ones, courtesy of staff very little accomodating. At breakfast They charge for a cappuccino absurd. Towel service that you have to Pick up from the Beach and pool offer wish They charge 30€ not a 4* hotel as They presume.

Review 136:The position of the hotel Close to the old town

Review 137:Pets are not accepted

Review 138:Dirty room, dirty water glasses.

Review 139:Nice location
