Review 1：The breakfast is ok, with selection of cheese bread, fruit, olives and egg. But they should also offer a good salad for breakfast, and not just tomato and cucumber.

Review 3：Very dark and carpet color is very ugly , makes you feel daisy, family suite is too small and lighting inside the roon is too dark , for me it is the worst experience i tried in my life

Review 6：Room service was spot on, they followed my door tag requests as to when to clean and when not to disturb, this can be a luxury in Gaziantep. Very spacious rooms, mine had a lounge room, not sure if it was an upgrade or if they all had that. Staff were friendly, it has a very homely feel to it. Thumbs up. Keep up the good work. I have found the hotel I will always stay in whenever I am in here!

Review 8：Very comfortable rooms. Well designed. The rooms are smaller then other hotels in the same star rating I have stayed in close by. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff were multi lingual and exceptionally helpful. Location is great for shopping and nearby museums.

Review 9：I wanted to go to the pool and sauna at 21:30 but the staff from there told me it's closed, even if from the front desk they said before it is open until 22:30

Review 39：It is very bad that they did not allow colleagues women to visit me. It is extremely annoying and not good that do so since I was very sick and got Chrystal sickness and had a heavy pain in back which meant that I urgently needed the help of my colleague to come and be with me. Everything could have happened with me. This is morally and humanly not correct. I told them about that and they kept repeating as robots machines “yes yes we understand”. But they do not understand.

Review 41：I booked the room in December, disappointed that no control on the air is possible, no matter what we did with assistance from Management, the room was extremely hot, the AC is disabled in the winter, opening the window only cooled the room temporarily but led to the room to be filled with smoke from outside. The pillows are not comfortable, sleep was terrible. Although the internet was fast but you have to enter your password every time you log your device. The hotel is new and the management need to fix these issues for a new hotel in a nice location.

Review 44：It's indeed real business hotel. We found what we need, fax, prints,translates, WiFi, air-mail, Relax spa with Kisa (fantastic turkishmassage and wash). Thanks a lot to specialists! Hotel is indeed not inhistorical centre of Gaziantep, but everything is reachable both by footand by taxi. Hotel is in new area with good infrastructure. Late checkout up to 14:00 was really available for free. Free spa and baths, butmassage was of course not for free.

Samples: I was waiting my new key of my room, and it was my turn after one man but they kept ignoring in very bad way noting that same situation happened before in another hotel of 5 stars where the staffs were very proffesional and requested me in very polite way to waiti in thd loby, deliver some drink as they were busy then they prepared all and came back to me along with the new key and applogizing for the delay. - no views. - very very week english although it is 5 stars hotel
