Review 1：Friendly staff who were willing to help with us speaking English and not Polish. Beautiful building. Excellent breakfast. WIFI worked well. Location is just outside the walls of the town but visible from the hotel.

Review 4：Friendly, welcoming and considerate staff who let us know beforehand that there was a function on at the restaurant on the Saturday night that could be noisy. Comfortable, well-appointed room and, in addition to a good Continental/Polish selection at breakfast, a great restaurant to eat in the evenings. Very convenient location to the UNESCO-listed Old Town, if we were ever in Zamosc again, we'd definitely stay here. Some better bath towels would have given a 10 out of 10.

Review 21：Firstly the location is ideal, is looks directly onto the old town, as the old town is no more than three streets deep from the square you are basically in the old town with only a road and small park separating you. The accommodation concept to me was not one I'd been before, in the UK it would be akin to a restaurant with rooms over it. The room was excellent, having travelled extensively for work it was as good as if not better than any business hotel I've stayed in and that includes some executive rooms in four star hotels. The sleeping area was smaller than I was used to but had a king size bed, side tablets, a desk, chair and mirror and a wall mounted LED TV, there is a separate entrance area and a huge bathroom. Overall the room was excellent in finish and cleanliness though the mattress could have been better. Breakfast was fantastic, the food was all of a quality I have only got in honestly a four/five star, again far beyond the standard business travel breakfast buffet. We asked for breakfast at 10am. I did NOT expect to bet by a fully step table laden with food and to be formally seated for breakfast. Overall I would put this on par with any hotel I've ever stayed in and could easily teach some of the best quite a few things about hospitality. Will I stay again, absolutely.

The hotel was spotless and well appointed and was located in an ideal position for exploring the old town of zamosc. My wife and myself had a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay here and we would readily recommend and endorse this hotel.

Review 53：at a first sight, I thought its location was not the best as it is not in the historical centre of the town, but once I settled in I found out it was literally a 3 min walk from the main square so in the end, nothing!
