Review 1：Some details in room could be repaired: loose window handle, loose towel hook. Also arrangement of the room could be better, our was very long and not very wide. I noticed on the plan, that other rooms have much better arrangement. The hotel is not that close to the old town, consider either a 20 minute walk or take a cab, which is rather cheap.

Review 2：Friendly staff, nice interiors, good food, many trees and interesting old buildings outside. Reasonable price. Almost flawless. I guess that it is the best hotel in Zamosc now.

Review 3：The location is a bit far from central Zamosc. You would think that the town is small, but it's not that small, the walk to the Rynok square is 20 minutes and the surroundings are not the best.

Review 4：Very high standard for Eastern Poland. Everything is completely new and all the furnishings are very elaborate. Breakfast has been fantastic. Location far away but the town is safe.

Review 7：It's clear the management spends almost no time on staff training. Only one receptionist spoke decent English. The others not so much. Breakfast was poorly executed. The staff looked confused and harried, even though there were only a few guests at the hotel. Items ran out. At the end of my stay, the receptionist presented me with a bill that was much higher than my booking.com rate. After some looking around and me showing the receptionist my booking.com information, the rate was lowered to the agreed price. This was probably an honest mistake, but of course you never know. Maybe this is how the hotel makes a little extra money? Double-check your bill.

Review 9：The second day it was exceptionally warm and humid and the air conditioning malfunctioned in the entire hotel and was still not working when we checked out. If equipment problem, that is fine but if turned off for budget issues that is a bad omen for the future of the hotel

I went to the breakfast at 09.30 but it is open to 10.00 but f.x. no egg and bacon. Aircondition didn't work in the room, maybe it is just because I don't know how to do it :)

Review 12：The safe box did not work. The air con did not work. Toiletries not replaced on 2nd day. Very poor breakfast - some dishes on display looked "tired". No sweets, cakes, croissants at all. Juices from carton, not fresh. Hardly 4 star.

Review 46：It looks like the owners are trying to make some savings on warm water. For 3-nights stay we had warm water only on the 2nd night when we complained. Firstly someone came to our room to check the water and he tried to convince us that what was in the tap was warm water! He disappeared and after few minutes the water got really hot. Unfortunately the following night our complaints didn't bring the expected result. We have spoken with a couple that came few days earlier and they said they didn't have warm water from the beginning of their stay. Sorry but when I book 4-star hotel I take warm water in the bathroom for granted!

Review 47：In general the hotel is really nice. It does look like on the pictures. For breakfast they provided really wide choice, so that everyone could find something and the food was fresh. I also ordered sth to eat in the restaurant and I had really nice meal.

Review 48：The standard of staff etiquette was truly appalling. The staff did not speak any English, which they would normally in most Polish hotels of this standard. Dinner and bar service was slow and inattentive and the reception desk even had the cheek to tell my lady how much the whole thing had cost. If you are planning to stay in your room then you will have a nice time, otherwise go somewhere else. I have stayed in a lot of hotels of varying standards but the service in this one will not be forgotten. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Review 49：The hotel has been newly refurbished and everything has been decorated to a high standard. We stayed in a suite which had all the feel of Venetian comfort, let down by poor attention to detail. A very nice hotel utterly ruined by appalling service.

Review 50：It looks that fumigation of old barracks was not complete, you could feel the smell of mold/fungus in the room. We paid for superior room and got standard, only after my complaint we were explained that all rooms are more or less the same, but were moved to the room that was twice as big for the same price. When checking out they did not have online connection to booking.com (only faxed reservations) and had our old (more expensive) reservation, it took them 15 minutes to confirm our reduced price. The explanation was that the hotel was just opened 10 months ago... Location was poor, far from the center and in ugly surroundings.

Review 51：Mixed feelings when rating this hotel, big effort put in renovation of old barracks and interior is of really good quality. Breakfast was simple and sufficient however not very varied, bit weak for 4 star hotel. Hotel style was consistent but not to everybody's taste.

Review 52：television list in room incorrect, many English and French stations dropped in favour of stations from the Middle East and Central Asia .. the ones the cable company gave for free... so no BBC or CNN ... but at least a few good radio stations with nice music

The food in the hotel's restaurant was very good and the breakfest was very good as well. The value for money is excellent.
