Review 1：When the staff found out we're travelling with a baby, they upgraded us to their second best room to give us more space. That's just amazing and heart-warming service!

Review 2：The lamp in the room did not work so it was kinda dark in the evenings. I did not however inform reception because it did not bother me very much. Not so much choice on breakfast.

Review 3：The room and bathroom were surprisingly big. Kinda quite and comfortable place with plenty of restaurants nearby. Visby city wall and shopping center are in several minutes' walk.

Review 4：Things started very well with the offer of an apartment-room rather than a room which suited us well - however although we loved the location and the apartment was great we did have some quibbles: - only a frying pan & 2 plastic microwaveable dishes to cook with - we had to ask 2 days running for our room to be cleaned when we popped back mid afternoon & found it dirty - a huge pile of dirty washing remained for 48 hours at the bottom of the stairs until we requested it be moved. - the restaurant & bar weren't open in the evenings

Review 6：The room we stayed is facing the street and the Donners Huset with crossing, the windows' insulation is not good, so I was waked up early in the morning by trucks passing by. We did not really understand either that we were asked to make the full payment when we checked in which seems to me unusual. When we had one dinner at one of the restaurants (the Italian restaurant around the corner) in the same building of the hotel (not sure whether the restaurant is part of the hotel), we felt that we were not welcomed- the waitress asked the guests around us nicely how the food was, but totally ignored us, even when I had finished the appetite, no one came to take away the empty plate until we finished the main course and paid our bill. Is it because we are non-Swedish ?

Review 7：The location is perfect, just opposite to the Donner Huset where the tourist information center is located. Close to the beach, and the ferry boat terminal. The room is clean and light, and the bathroom is big and nice. The personnels are generally nice and friendly.

Review 8：Extremely, I mean extremely noisy. Two bars right outside, all noise coming in very clearly. Floor totally worn out. Room insanely small. No match to price at all.

Review 14：The bed was far too large for the room and far too high even with stools to step up. Too narrow on one side to get in and out of it. Lucky we didn't have an accident . Wardrobe was too close to the bed. I'm slim but what would a larger person do to get on and out of it?Towels very poor and in need of replacement.

Review 16：- They didn't told us of the change to appartment untill the check-in - the appartment smelled to oil and burnt fat from the Kebap shop downstairs all the time -It was really noisey because of the bars downstairs -the windows from the main room also pointed directly to everybody's sight at the plaza so it was uncomfortable to be there with curtains open. -at the lobby, the girl ask me where I come from and when I said that I was from Mexico she said "that's a dangerous place" I think that could be interpreted as offensive.

Review 18：The room I got was just outside the front dining area where people smoked. It was warm so when I opened the window for air, i got smoke at times.

Review 19：I arrived earlier than the 1500 check in time. It was raining, and slightly off season (only by 2 days) but they let me check in at 1000 anyway. This also meant that later I was able to go and rest when I needed it; before 1500. I am grateful for that. The shower pressure was also great, and the location.
