Review 1：I arrived at approx. 7:45 PM to find the office unmanned with a phone number on the door for assistance. When I called the number I was told to fill out card and drop in a non secure box the registration card with info to include my credit card number. When I refused to leave my card number for anyone on the property to access, I was told that I was being difficult and that I could go and stay elsewhere but that I would be charged anyway. To make a long story short, I ended up staying, being awakened at 10:45 by the manager when he decided to return to get the info and loosing sleep since I had to get up at 0400 for work. The manager also refused to allow any contact with the owner. I felt so comfortable about the experience that I have cancelled my debit card ( after this transaction) and had a new one issued because of distrust of the manager at this establishment.

Review 6：Staff was not well organized. Seemed to ve easily distracted from what she was doing. Room was not clean at all. We were looking for something we dropped on the floor and lifted the bed skirt, only to find a pizza crust under the bed...which wasn't what we were looking for. My father was doing minor repairs on the toilet bowl since it didn't flush. My son went to the lobby to ask for some plastic cups. There was a total of 6 of us in the room and he asked them for that amount but he told my son he could only give us 2.

Review 9：The place was easy to find, check in was smooth, & there was a beautiful little grassy area next to the building that was PERFECT for our dogs. The pool was nice, but needed to be skimmed. Parking was plentiful, and food & shopping was really close by. Would definitely recommend.

Review 12：The room looked a little worn and outdated, the carpet had a lot of stains, the air conditioner leaked and left a wet carpet, and made a lot of noise throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.

Review 14：The room was no clean when we came back from the park. The maid just made one bed and threw the other blanket on th bed in a ball. The sheets weren't changed and the pillow cases were dirty. We were given no extra towels just the ones we had when we checked in. When we checked in someone was being fired and it made for a very uncomfortable start. We were going to go into the pool but it was not very clean and kind of grossed us out so we opted out.

Review 20：Arrived early asked for a room without stairs like a handicap bcause my daughter uses a wheelchair. I was told to go to Hershey park and when I arrived back my room would b ready. When I arrived at 10 pm the room they had for me had steps to go into it. I was very disappointed. They gave me another room in the back of the Inn. I took all my things in the room wtih my daughter in the wheelchair. The hallway smelled really bad, after I got comfortable I realized the window was opened and would not closed. I called front desk, they seem upset and again gave me another room. Now I have moved 3 times.They told me that I could leave and find a room elsewhere, this was unprofessional to put me out with a handicap person in a wheelchair by now 11pm. They reimbursed me $ 40.00 at the time of check out. I dont feel I was compensated enough.

Review 22：My room was not cleaned the first day. My daughter's iPad was taken from her room and found by the owner in a clear garbage bag outside her room, luckily it was returned to her. Check in time was 4:00 but my sister could not get into her room until 7:00 as it had not been cleaned.

Review 34：When we got there we told the owners it was dirty. The only thing they did was offer to give us a full refund. We had 2 small kids and 5 days worth of luggage, I was not about to go searching for a new hotel. We ended up cleaning it our selves. When I told the manager it would be nice if I could get a $100 returned back to my cc he said he couldn't. He said the rate was already cheap.

Review 35：Check in time isn't until 4pm and checkout is at 11am. You would think with the earlier check out time the check in time would be earlier. Even if the room is ready there is a $30 early check in fee. Parking lot is small and not the easiest to get in/out. Were not able to split the cost of the room between my friend and I but charged the card that I used to hold the room before I even checked in.

Review 37：The floors in the bathroom were really slippery even with sneakers on. Room had a not of a stale smell. Two remotes to work tv and didn't know which one to use first. One to turn on and do the volume and the other for the changing the channels. Very confusing.

The owner manager not sure which asked if i would like him to come take a look I said sure he came right away he changed my room. The shower was steaming hot in the next room but the knob to the cold hot was not working. so from a frozen shower to a scalding shower. The bathroom smelled like mildew and if you ran water in the sink black stuff came out of the drain and there was no stopper. i paid 194.plus some change for Thursday Friday and Saturday night it was not worth it on an off season time...

Especially because the door to the hotel was sometimes left open because it didn't click shut on it's own, it had to be pulled shut. But we just double locked our personal door and hoped for the best! Everything seemed safe throughout the night!

Review 49：I went with a friend to Hershey for two days. We were just looking for a cheap place to stay the night. This was great for the money we paid. The owner and his wife (I assume she was his wife) were very kind and easy to deal with. I would stay there again for just one night with a friend.

Review 50：Two of our rooms were on the first floor, which is kind of like a basement, so the wifi barely worked. One of the rooms had food on the floor from the last people and the shower leaked a bit.

We had booked a total of four rooms and the night before we were to arrive, we had to cancel a room due to an illness of a family member. The owners were kind enough not to charge us for the room even though it was less than 24 hours notice. We were very appreciative.

Review 52：Exposed electrical in the bathroom. Sheets which kept coming off the bed and exposing the mattress. Itched all night. Door was open when we first arrived. Aesthetics were dated. Mechanicals were dated.
