Review 1：The remote control didn't work. TV only got 1channel. No phone books. THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. I SLIPPED & FELL AFTER TAKING A SHOWER( The floor got very wet from being so steamy), So, I had to rest my knee that I hurt from falling, & realized I was going to be a little late checking out, & explained to the man(presumably the owner.) That I had slipped & fell on the bathroom floor & hurt my knee, & would be alittle late checking out. & asked if "He was going to charge me extra"---- HE WAS EXTREMELY UNCARING & RUDE THAT THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS EXTREMELY SLIPPERY & I HAD FELL & HURT MYSELF,& WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE OF IT. He didn't even ask if I was OK. And rudely told me " YOU HAVE 10 EXTRA MINUTES & AFTER THAT I'M GOING TO CHARGE YOU" I would have gave a better rating if it wasn't for his RUDENESS & NOT EVEN ASKING IF I WAS OK. Coffee was COLD.
Review 2：It was very clean! The bed&/pillows were comfortable. Strong hot shower.My room had a nice little covered "porch" w/a table & chairs, so I could smoke!! Nice & warm!( It was freezing outside!) Room was small but big enough for me! Great little fridge. The woman that √√ me in was nice & VERY patient!!(I checked in@3AM).
Review 3：The water in the shower was very cold. Never got hot. The room was very small and barely fit the two queen beds. The outlets were behind the beds, very hard to get to.

Review 13：Filthy room ants all over the bathroom. Filthy carpets. Terrible mattress on 1 of the 2 beds we had in the room. Dirty napkins and 1 inch of dust under the very old outdated dresser. TV in between both beds couldn't see it from either unless it was turned then the other bed couldn't see.

Review 15：Absolutely Everything!!! Filthy disgusting falling apart. No hot waterin the shower where you had to stand on a towel because you are afraidto not.. No coffee pot. The drain in shower didn't drain, the carpethad dead bugs under the mini fridge the lady water the lawn around ourtable as we were sitting outside ceiling was dripping. Walls werecracking up the foundation. The tub leaked on to floor.

Review 18：The Inn is rather out dates, The room had a bad smell to it. Ceiling tiles were hanging in places. We didn't dare to sleep under the covers, so we slept on top of comforter. Would not stay here again. Definitely not worth what I paid.
Review 19：A little more love put into the place would go a long way with us guest like up dating tv's, newer decor and a fresh coat of paint inside the units periodically would work easliy, also loose the plate glass at the check in counter the neighborhood is better then that.

Review 46：Place is an old house next to the old inn. We had 2nd floor. The old house is falling apart. The toilet had problems. They fixed the problem but guy was not very happy. The floor of the bathroom in particular is a hazard, it is not even flat. The room is awkward and without space. This house should not have a license to operate as a hotel.

Review 71：I reserved a room for 2 Adults and 2 Children, when they saw my childrenwere age 12 and 13, they insisted we get a 2nd room, chased my wife tothe room insisting she come to office and purchase a 2nd room. In thedescription said the beds were 2 queen size in the room . Beds were fullsize. Rooms smelled. We stayed long enough to get showered and 6 hourssleep then left. For what they charged us for the 2 rooms we could havehad a family suite at one of the chain hotels . Place was a total ripoff. Would never recommend !!
Review 72：Start with the price - this room would be overpriced at half what we paid. The whole town was full of guests desperate for a place to stay, so supply and demand did its work. That doesn't mean we got a fair price - we didn't. To enter the room, we had to walk down a short hallway. On more than one occasion, the hallway was full of spider webs. Yuck. The room smelled faintly musty and a little bit sour. Turning on the A/C helped, but you could still smell it. The carpet should have been replaced in the 70's. The towels were so thin they could be mistaken for tissues - of which there were none. The sink drained slowly. The toilet flushed weakly. The shower head produced more of a heavy mist than a stream of water. The shower curtain billowed into the shower very aggressively. I kept having to shove it out of the way. There was WiFi, but no desk. The family running the facility seemed earnest enough, but they were clearly not native speakers of english and communication was somewhat awkward. There was no ice machine that we could find. The TV was small and old. In any other setting, I would say it should be immediately sent to be recycled.
Review 73：We were able to get a room on a high traffic weekend. The sheets and the shower seemed clean enough. The mattresses were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.
Review 74：Receptionist was very rude! She called the police on me and my family because we didn't want to sleep in a room full of gnats. She wouldn't give us a refund or moves us to another room either. The police ended up siding with us. He told us this is not the first time this has happened so to anyone even looking at this hotel I'm here to tell you that cheap is not better. There is no need for anyone to even pay to enter any of these rooms. I asked her to help me print out my Hershey park tickets and she said no while there was a computer and a printer right next to her. She charged me an extra $10 because I had 5 people instead of 4. They clearly do not clean them. There was a cigaret burn on the comforter in a nonsmoking room. The room smelt of mold. Not to mention the bugs everywhere. Just stay away! Don't waste your money here!

The place had no comfort amenities like a coffee pot or blow dryer. For a $200+ room this place is horrible! Stay away!!
