Review 1：I didn't like the service in the restaurant. The gentleman should be able to speak to the guest.

Review 3：You feel a bit inconvenient asking for things because there are so few staff doing the work. Breakfast is old-school.

Review 7：Lack of wifi in rooms. It gives a poor impression of a hotel boasting 4stars when one has to pay so much for wifi access. I was also somewhat surprised by how remote the reception staff was behind the high counter ...it makes for a unwelcoming first impression, a pity because they are helpful when you can make contact but their function seems not to welcome guests but to conduct business away from 'troublesome' guests.

Review 9：Had to wait for over 30 mins for service at the bar and then for a table in the restaurant as all the staff were pr-occupied with a coach tour. (Suggest you ask if there are any coach tours booked in when you check in so that you can work around there set meal times.)

Good sized room and everything worked, One we eventually got a table in the restaurant, the (English speaking) waiter was very good and assisted us with some menu choices. The restaurant food was both good quality and great value
