Review 1：too hot in the room restaurant was under renovation and breakfast was served in the conference room, on the second morning breakfast was worse than on the second - absense of hot dishes; exterior of the hotel definitely needs renovation, but interior is quite acceptable

Review 3：At point of booking the room was meant to be luxury double. It was in fact a basic small double. Had it changed after complaining to one that was not much better. Later found out the fridge was missing had to ask for it to be replaced. Towels in bathroom were old and frayed, bed sheets were to small and had holes, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, curtains did not close and lots of clips holding them up were broken. Not even a kettle in the room. Breakfast was also basic, the food that was not eaten were continually served up every day. At New Years Eve we returned to the hotel at 3am, There was a private party going on in the dinning room with extremely loud music, there was no way of going to sleep as our room was above this. We complained numerous times to reception staff and in the end we were told the hotel had rented the room out and they had no control over what happened there and to top it off the party was to continue until 6am. To sum it up probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Review 5：WIFI is a disaster, you don't have a very weak or no signal at all. Pity the receptionist rebooked my room without informing me upfront, I don't mind when I get a lower range of room but please inform the guest at least.

Review 7：The hotel looks very Soviet. I think painting the building wouldn't hurt. It can be noisy at night - central location has its negatives.

Review 8：The location is superb as well as the breakfast. The hotel is responsive to traveler's requests. We asked for junior suite and a fridge (available not in every room) and the hotel satisfied both requests. Despite the Soviet smell of the building, they did a good job renovation the interior.

Review 9：The hotel looks reasonable inside but from the outside leaves a lot to be desired...the building is old-fashioned, it needs to be refurbished. The parking outside had few places. There was no elevator.

Review 13：The breakfast bag for my early starts was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was extremely helpful when I arrived and sorted out a complicated taxi for me - it was a great help.

Review 14：From the outside this hotel looks in need of a lick of paint but inside it is perfectly comfortable and has clean and generously sized, bedrooms. The staff are very helpful and the location is perfect, about 100 metres from one of Europe's most beautiful squares.

Review 15：The hotel is next to the main road around the old town, so you'll probably hear the traffic whichever room you're in. The breakfast is relatively modest in terms of variety of stuff available, although probably standard fayre for eastern Europe.

Review 16：Location of hotel is about 100 yards from the main square (with its museums) and Bastion VII, and at most 600 yards from the other sights. If you're arriving by train it's about a 15-minute walk to the railway station. It's a fair slog to the bus station though (about a mile-and-a-half), if you're travelling to places like Izbica, Tomaszow Lubelski and Belzec.

Review 46：The feeling I got was that I am in a Soviet hotel..Very spartan and old furniture. Curtains do not cover the windows properly. Extremly strong smell of cleaning materials in the bathroom that makes your eys water.. You know TVs have changed a biutin the past 10 years. Why don't we advance a little bit..I felt that the parking was public parking in the street. Maybe I am wrong but I didn't think it was private. the fan had a short cord and didn't reach anywhere near the hot bedroom..I guess that this is what you get for the price
