Review 1：We got charged for an extra night, despite being checked out hours before. We lost money to the vending machine, we were never refunded. We were stuck outside in the cold for a while as the elevators and stairs were in use by staff moving furniture.

Bathroom had some problems with little water pressure in shower, toilet seat broken, toilet paper dispenser broken, spigot in sink installed improperly (hot and cold direction switched). No maid service?! No shuttle to Hershey Park?

Review 14：Size of the room and space is great; we were 2 families (mine and my brother's) and it was so great to have the kitchen and number of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. Kids love the indoor pool (we were there in Oct) and arcade. We loved the location - close to the park and attractions - and we could walk to the outlets. Very clean and comfortable.
Review 15：we slept on top of train tracks, pool was closed, no ice machines, staff wasnt pleasant, very tough to get a good nights sleep when your room is basically on the train tracks that have a train blow its horn every time it comes by hourly or over other hour. this should be respresented in the write up when booking a room. now i know why it was a good deal.

Review 19：Noise of train whistles during the night was unbbelieveable and woke me up every single time and the rest of the family quite a few times too. Felt like it was happening every half hour or so but the sleep deprivation might have affected my judgment.
Review 20：Fantastically clean, spacious and comfortable suite. Two bathrooms. Three TVs and excellent WIFI. Great kitchen. Short drive to Hershey Chocolate Factory and Park. One minute's walk to a a whole series of branded outlet shops (mainly clothing). Excellent games room and outdoor pool with plenty of poolside lounging space. Very convenient parking.

Review 23：Check in at 4 and checkout by 10 is a pretty short amount of time for a room that was over $400 and no flexibility was permitted with checkout. Outdoor pool was closed on a Saturday by 4 due to cleaning which was awkward for travelers coming back from the park on a Saturday in summer.

Review 44：Having now stayed at the Bluegreen Vactions suites at Hershey, I would most certainly stay again and recommend to friends and family with the caveat that one should request a room in the front of the suites as the train at the back of the suites runs 24/7 and was certainly a surprise the first night.
