Review 2：Possibly the best hotel in Casablanca, I have been going to Casa since 1996 and I have stayed everywhere in this city and the Hyatt hotel and its staff are superior to every other central hotel.

Review 8：The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. My interaction with the one "Saida" was very good, but I think most of the front desk was good. Location is excellent. Next to Tram station and close to train station. seeing the status of taxi and traffic, being close to these makes a lot of sense.

Review 11：There is not much to see around the hotel but a decent cafe is just across the street. The ocean is a few minutes ride away but definitely worth visiting!

Review 15：Beware- the hotel allows smoking everywhere, ncluding in the restaurants. I requested a non smoking room only to smell smoke from other rooms through my stay. The staff could not accomodate my request for non smoking seating anywhere in the hotel.

Review 19：The property was significantly older than the photographs used to market it and the rooms show their age. In our room, there were carpet stains and broken furniture. Also, the cleanliness of the sheets left something to be desired. Upon our inspection of the bed, we found matted hair in the sheets.

Review 25：I think this must be a pretty old building but they have modernized it wonderfully! Large, comfortable rooms and we had a delicious dinner with music in an original marrocan ambience. We were the only foreigners!

Review 27：The French restaurant was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The car transfer to the airport is definitely worth taking - it is around 40 mins in traffic and the taxis in the street do not have air conditioning. The staff were friendly.

Review 28：I arrived at 22.30 to be told that they were fully booked. I had a booking made via booking.com and they said they could not honor it as they were fully booked. I asked for an upgrade which I would pay extra for, but they flatly said it was not possible. They had rebooked me in another hotel across town and drove me there. The hotel was tired but clean. I had arranged a breakfast meeting at the Hyatt which had to be abandoned that morning because I could not reach all the parties concerned that late at night. They said the Booking.com booking was always subject to change depending on demand.
