Review 1：I did not like the fact that sometimes the receptionists are quite rude, and that we could not access any water or tea and coffee during the night, and also that we could not smoke in the room.

Review 2：I liked the staff as we missed breakfast on our last day and they made us something anyway. They also let us hand in our keys for a night out.

Review 5：We needed someplace not too expensive at the last minute near Harderwijk, and we were so fortunate that there was 1 room our size left. It turned out to be bigger than either our previous B&B room in Haarlem or the hotel near Schiphol the next night (which was twice the price!) FANTASTIC breakfast buffet and very courteous staff. Ambience very peaceful and country-ish.

They didn't put attention that it should bea baby cot, so when we came around 6 o clock after we were tiredspending all day out with small children and it took about 1 hour!!!! Toorganize that. They hadn't even offered us a compensation for such along waiting. When I asked for a key, she told me that the man, whoshould organize a baby cot took a key. So we spent all this time in ourcar waiting till the baby cot is ready.

Review 25：Very nice hotel. The area is amazing with lots of trees and nature around. I have not seen so many trees in Holland before. Really nice parks near Apeldoorn. The hotel was setup in several different buildings with covered sidewalks connecting them. In the middle there was a case for birds which made me feel like I was in a zoo (in a good way). Rooms were clean, tidy with very comfortable beds. Best of all was the staff, very polite and helpful Special thanks for W. Uenk who checked us in and fixed a small mistake from our part in the beginning. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best I have ever had.
