Review 1：Well after our 3rd day in the Villa we noticed that the Housekeeping was being done to a bare minimum and was quite slack for a 4star venue we felt. We left a letter at reception the morning we checked-out, outlining our concerns, and on arriving home we received an email of appology from Kirri Villas Manager, whome assured us that our concerns would be adressed emediatly.

Review 2：The location was good for us as this was our second trip to Phuket and we wanted a quiet/private and very comfortable place to stay. The private swimming pool was very nice and the villa in general was very comfortable and well appointed. We would stay their again.

Review 3：Not convenient to go other places, thus have to take private bus chartered from villa. *extra charge applies* eg, from airport to villa, vice versa, 600baht. Since the villa is at a more remote side, there are grasshoppers, spiders, houseflies and even ants that will attack the food within a few minutes that you place it on the table.

Review 12：It was rainy and water reached a high level above the ground , they stopped the electricity and i had to move to another place , they offered to move to wings villa hopefully to save my honeymoon, though the staff was very helpful during my stay and in handling the problem

Review 15：keep in mind you will need a car or bike to get around as there is nothing exciting nearby ,however the villas are just a 10 minute drive from lagoon area and 15 minutes to surin beach . so if you’re new to Phuket I strongly suggest that you study the area well to fully enjoy your stay. if your looking for full on action stay in patong .Or a more livelier but up market area then stay in kata.

Review 21：The hotel is not at all a five star property. It can be graded as a good three star property. We reached the hotel at 0730 Hrs, after check in I asked about food service from the lady doing as acting Manager. She said that the food service will close after 08:00 PM and there is no near by food spot as well. I ordered immediately food was good and served very good. But which 5 star property does not have a 24 hours food room service. Location is really bad, there is no money change near by. The acting Manager took really care in showing me the resort personally, but she is a biggner and no senior person is available. Hotel reception remained closed during night , however on requesting the AL manager gave me her personel number.

Review 22：The layout of the property is Good. Restaurant food serving staff is excellent, respectful and very punctual.I wanted an early breakfast at 0630 hrs. They did so right at 0630 hrs. Strangely their normal breakfast service starts after 0800 hrs, although most of the tours in Phuket start pick up at 0715 hrs.

Review 23：Kiri Villas Resort is remote so a taxi is required to go anywhere interesting however I had an issue with their taxi arrangements: I ordered a taxi to Kamala via Kiri's reception however, en-route, when I asked the taxi driver how much it would be he tried to charge us 700bht instead of the 350bht shown in the guest folder in the villa. I phoned reception from the taxi and he told me to pay the driver 400bht and he would refund me 100bht. This angered the taxi driver and he dropped me off where we were parked-up which was 300m short of the destination. All said, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction but it made me extra vigilant of tricks/cons.

We had a few initial hiccups such as the toilet wouldn't flush but they were promptly and efficiently fixed. The dinner and breakfasts we ordered were delicious and they set them up for us in the dining room. I highly recommend this property.

Was an enjoyable ride along the coast at some parts. - Bathroom floods from both shower n bathtub. Minor inconvenience only. - Saw the random big red ants, not an issue. - Reception seems under staffed, don't answer the phone all the time but very obliging when they do. - In villa massage was 500 baht per hr but didn't like that they used the bed. Better if we had engaged them in the late morning just before they makeup the room.

Review 40：We stayed in Canal 2 - Infinity pool acts as a filter to remove dead leaves n insects. - Huge bathtub - Firm bed - Huge space and modern decor, romantic n private - Full kitchen n wine glasses for our bottle of wine! - Private shuttle service, he was always early n waited for us. It's our anniversary so they prepared a flower arrangement on our bed.

Review 41：Wifi, location, also the Villas' taxi drived would once charge 200 for the first hapf hoir trip, but then he woild increase the fare. It finally reached 400 for a 5 minute trip...

When we reached, villa was ready and we were brought straight into it and not informed that we will be charged for early check in. And now i realise that i have an additional charge of 900thb to another card, after supposedly clearing all charges on the card i used to reserve the booking. Best part, the card with the 900thb amount was never even used in the first place. I am wondering how they got the info. I have emailed the villa for an explanation.

Review 105：The dirtiest Hotel we have ever stayed. The service was not according to a 5 star Hotel. The water was coming totally orange from the tap. The pool was totally unclean at the time of our arrival. The Reception Service closed normally at 18.00, opening again in the late morning. Really poor choice of Breakfast, which is not representative for a 5 star Hotel. I got seriously ill already at the 2nd day after arrival due to the terrible Hygienic Conditions. It has been really a nightmare!

Review 109：We stayed here to finish out holiday in luxury and it was a fantastic experience. When we arrived a golf buggy was waiting to take us to our villa. It was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and a decent size around 3 by 6 metres. The staff couldn't be more helpful and were excellent throughout the stay. It was cleaned every day and we were never pestered by housekeeping they just did it when we were out without us asking or knowing. The location is a bit out from main tourist attraction but we didn't go there for that so it didn't bother us. They do run a shuttle bus service free to a few locations and taxis can be booked through reception. There is a small village that has most things you might need which is about 1 km away.

Review 110：The location is in the middle of nowhere and you have to plan for that. The beds are exceptionally firm.

Review 111：Lynn and the staff made everything an absolute pleasure, you're provided with a local mobile phone to call them to organize any travel that you need, as well as food and anything else you may require. The drivers we had employed by the villa were polite and excellent every time. The pool in the 2 bedroom Kiri villa we stayed in was fantastic and all the lodgings were super comfortable. The wifi is also free and faster than at home!

Review 112：Honestly it's a great place. But it doesn't deserve a 5* it lacks small things to take it to that place, seriously very small comforts that would make it a 5* but it's a great stay I promise you you won't regret, if you rent a car lol

Review 115：we chose the kiri villas based on the reviews on booking.com but when we arrived there everything was different, first we booked the 2 bedroom kiri villa but when we arrived they checked us in the one bedroom canal villa which is cheaper and didn't bother mentioning anything until we noticed and told them this is not the one we booked through booking.com, I don't know whether it was intended or not but it was weird, then the manager acted surprised and told us ohh but the kiri villa has some renovations so you can move into it tomorrow and we will charge you the rate of the canal villa for one night, we didn't really want to move that much so we decided to stay in the canal villa, well the problems started, insects insects everywhere and not just in the graden, inside the villa there were ants, lizards, cockroaches and some weird type of ants that kept coming out of the toilet!!!!! .. it was very scary, second the pool had so many dead insects inside it that we couldn't use it during our stay, the bed was hard, they provided us with some dvds and they were in thai so we couldn't watch them, the location wasn't good at all, very poor area with nothing to do and nowhere to go nearby, bottom line is we checked out after two days as we couldn't stand the horrible situation specially that we were on our honeymoon and didn't want to deal with all this, we moved to a hotel in patong and life just became much easier

Please note that The Kiri Villas Resort has the following schedule for the free shuttle service:- Departs from the resort to Layan Beach at 11:00 and from Layan Beach to the resort at 16:30 hrs.- Departs from the resort to Tesco Lotus Thalang at 13:30 and from Tesco Lotus Thalang to the resort at 16:30 hrs.
