Review 1：No carpet in the room Evening i asked for prayer matt the evening reception after 9 pm said not available ubcan only go to masjed No sleepers . When i asked i got a plastic ones Regarding the food only one dish was their which is chicken - no other choices provided at all No cabinet to put our clothes

Review 5：The rooms and spa were extremely dirty; hair and candy wrapping beneath the blanket; dirty laundry on the spa floor. Room lock was hard to open, even the hotel staff had to try couple of times to open the door. Overcharged spa service, purchased both scrub and massage, but only scrub was provided; was asked to pay for both even after complain.

Review 7：The hotel needs serious renovation to be classified a 3 star hotel. My room was flooded with water from a ruptured water hose in the toilet. The urinary in the lobby men's malfunctioned before I got and 15 days of my stay there it was not fixed. The toilet tissue in men's toilet went for several days without refill.

Review 26：Good hotel in general and suitable for families, Wifi is every where without any password and air condition is cool. Generally is quit. It's near by the local market where u can eat fresh fish and also near by the port train station. Some rooms are good and some are not, I have entered three rooms then I get satisfied with the third one. Also the hotel in general needs to be more clean, walls are not clean and floor. The issue is not from cleaning staf for sure they work very hard I can see that all day long however the hotel is consumed and it's old needs to be renewed. It serves also reasonable break fast

It said the room had facilities we wer prepared to pay for but didnt even end up with the room we booked or the facilities they claimed to have. We wer told we would get our booked room on the second night or a better room for same price. That was a lie and never happened. We got 4 single beds! Everytime we wanted hot water we had to call reception and debate. The breakfast had dry old msemen rotten olives and no selection apart from crosant or stale bread no butter nothing. Complete rip off. 2 star hotels have better breskfast and dinner options. We got sick because of damp in the room and mold. I dont know how they got 4 star rating. Oh and they need to clean the rooms not just change sheets but clean the floors and walls. I felt sick looking just at the walls.

Review 41：To be honest not really anything except the typical moroccan attitude that they lie and tell you what you want to hear for a short term solution to their problem. Takes real talent.

Review 42：house keper are kind but careless fo rtheir job. hotel rooms are too much big but there is no furniture even carpet. rooms are terrible moisy smelling, shower is not working properly. I can not describe toilets. Reception guy at night, I think he is working over commission with taxi driver whom they are 100% ready to kick you . I will never stay again.
