Review 1：our villa was very far from the check-in place. it's really a torture for the people without car, especially with heavy luggage. I suggest the hotel should supply the shuttle or carry people for a ride. Besides, I think the hotel should introduce the facility initially. And the website said we can rent bicycles/boat in the hotel, the true is not.
