Review 1：Nice spa facilities. Nice and clean room. Quiet. Nice breakfast with everything we wanted. We were allowed to check in three hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Fantastic surroundings.
Review 2：We lived in a room high up in one of the oldest buildings and had to climb several stairs (no elevator). But we understand that an elevator was not possible. Some information when you are assigned one of these rooms on this so you can inform the hotel if you are able or not to climb these stairs is important.
Review 3：How the old historical houses had been renovated and cared for.
Review 4：The decor is dated. It looks like old couple furniture which was not very comfortable. There was old food left under the couch and the hotel was difficult to find without gps. Finally, no chain on door and my child let himself out.
Review 5：The hotel is a beautiful setting right off the Baltic sea. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They were quick to recommend nice places to visit in town.
Review 6：The room was muggy, smelly and didn't feel fresh. The breakfast room was adequate, but not in any way charming. If you are planning a romantic weekend getaway, pick another hotel.
Review 7：Perfect location in a beautiful, quiet part of the old town, a few blocks from from the sea in one direction, and from the buzz of the restaurants and so forth in the other direction.

Review 10：Although a busy weekend . 1)check-in at 1500 (check out at1100) even sothere was no flexibility to get room early . Not even 1 hour. Verydisorganised with cleaning staff and poor customer service (I'm areturning customer) 2) booked a double room to get a queensize bed butreceived 2 single beds "you didn't notify us" was theanswer. They couldn't even arrange it after I pointed out 3) Theygave me the room in the far end corner . Furthest away from everythingdespite booking 6 months in advance 4) when pointing out all themistakes and fault wanting to speak to manager the staff totally ignoredme (young and inexperienced) . I asked them to leave a note to managerto contact me . This was never done . Last time staying here . Very poor

Review 15：Cosy hotel with healthy and hearty selection for breakfast (we are vegetarians and there were no lack of options) serving locally produced vegetables and bread. Also they accept pet animals in the hotel rooms, at a fee of 150kr/night, and was nice to provode dog bowls and blankets for your beloved companion too! Friendly and helpful staff, free parking for those who drives there, and fantastic location as it is within walking distance to the main square, other cafes and restaurants. We definitely love our stay there and would return to the hotel.
Review 16：Double bed is two separate mattresses beside each other. Only two channels on the TV. When raised with reception, we were informed there were maintenance work carried out, and that 50% of the TVs currently had this problem, and asked if we had the WiFi key.

Review 18：An obviously sub-standard room in an old part of the building with no ventilation/A/C but with the same price as for a room with this but most remarkably - no information about this being a room without ventilation upon booking. In July... I would never have booked a room without A/C in July. Ruined sleep and part of our weekend.

The location,although convenient, proved a problem at night with noisy passers by asopen windows were the only way to keep the rooms cool. Parking, althoughfree, was very limited and not always available. We felt that the wholeestablishment had seen better days and would benefit from arefurbishment.

Review 50：I thought the hotel was over rated. As a Best Western gold member I was surprised we got no points for a rather expensive room. For two persons it would have been nice to have two arm chairs instead of one and a desk stool. The horizontial hinges on the upper closets were worn out so they were difficult to access and the room temp could not be controlled. Many comforts were listed as "can be borrowed at reception" but who wants to run there and ask for a coffee pot or whatever. The mini bar was 1 water, 1 soda and 1 bag of nuts. We ate the nuts, but it was never replenished in 3 days. The personel were nice, but for a 4* hotel I expected more. I will not return soon and I question BWs ratings.

It was a big effort toreceive a working key card to the room, it was very difficult forreceptiont staff to work the computer sytem to get our payment straight,room cleaning wanted to know very early in the morning if cleaning waswished by guest but than didn´t clean at all or very lousy and forgot toleave towels. Breakfast buffet O.K. but very crowded and staff doesn´tcare much about refills. Small uncomfortable beds, a pool the size of abig bath tub, no fitness area but offer to train at a public fitnessclub for reduced price. Area around the hotel is very noisy due to a lotof party locations with loud music until after midnight.
