Review 1：-Room condation was not good the heat temperature was too much high i ask him so many times to fix it but without any change .

Review 3：I'm a frequent traveler and visiting Casablanca on regular basis. Palace D'Anfa is my preferred hotel. Once I check in I feel at home. From the friendly and professional staff to the comfortable and clean rooms. Nice breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect for both business and leisure. You can easily reach any where in Casablanca from the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Review 4：The rooms looked out into what can only be described as rubble. Our shower was terribly clogged and could have done with much better cleaning. Not a bad hotel but definitely not 5 star standard.

Review 5：Large hotel in the city centre so access was easy to restaurants, taxis, etc, but it's located on a busy road. Arrival was dealt with speedily and professionally by the hotel staff; the breakfast room is large and there is quite a variety at the buffet breakfast. Our double rooms were large and spacious, as were the bathrooms. Wifi was good.

Review 6：The rooms on the main road is toooo much noisy. I don't know whether they know or what, that the windows in these rooms must be changed, you feel like you ere sleeping in the street.

Review 10：Five star hotel should have coffee maker and at least one bottle ofwater. My room has bad smell like sewage. I stayed in the hotel 2nights, the 1st breakfast was really bad. Tomatoes, peppers andwatermelon were old and they had only one kind of cheese. Even coffeewas not displayed. When I asked to book a taxi (white) to the airport Iwas told to pay 400 dam, while their written rate in the room servicebooklet is only 250 dam. I booked a taxi from twin city hotel for 300dam. Movenpick is a better choice I stayed there the 1st 2 nights. Thishotel should be visited by the booking.com team to reduce its rankingfrom 5 star hotel. I stayed at Club val d Anfa with see view and it ismuch better than this hotel and it is only 4 star hotel.

Review 11：No welcome drink on arrival. Shower fitting broken. One of the room doors not accessible with the room key. No bathrobes, no bedroom slippers. Limited tv channels. Definitely not 5 star.

Review 12：The facilities in the room, did not find a sleepers we had to move around with nothing on the feet , toileties missing from the toilet, no private parking for our car we had to pay someone every time for the car.

Also guess what ??.... the windows that don't close, also happens to me ))) but they change the room, but first they did try to put me there ))) (i think, i really do think , they give this old rooms to tourists). Wi-Fi not friendly, Router is one of those that don't pass port 25 (so take note of that) i use my cable and they have good velocity but have a spare cable. Reception can be friendly ...or not i think they treat the locals much better than the tourists to be honest.

Review 70：Price of the room charge, price of food and drinks. Also in my room # 317 there is always water leak from the ceiling. Type of shower gel and shampoo. Small Towels...there was no dinks in the mini bar. No complementary water bottles
