Review 1：- absolutely nothing! - location near very busy road, if you have a room on the street side it may be noisy, but we had one in the back = perfect - also swimming pool is on street side, but for us it didn't bother
Review 2：- brand brand new (!) - very very clean (!) - studio was well-equiped, quite luxurious - great bed ! - great bath room - very friendly staff - wifi in the room - we only paid 50 euro for a night, so it was not just 'good price-quality', it was ridiculous good quality for low price :-)

Review 4：Everything was better than we expected!! you park the car under the house on a private garage, thats realy great! The staff is five stars!! always helping you from when you arrive until you leave. Brand new and even its on a busy road, the windows are double glass and termical protecting from the noise outside, and you can turn on the AC, and close the window!!
Review 5：No seats/table on balcony, so it becomes a bit useless. Floor were visibly not swept and dusty in the kitchen area and balcony. Close to the main road, therefore it is a bit louder. One must have car to come to sea side.
Review 6：It was completely new, still smelled of fresh wood furniture, apartment with balcony is spacious, though the room layout is a bit strange. If you do have car, it is a nice starting point to the best beaches in the region. Kitchen is surprisingly well equipped with small appliances. Overall it was a very nice stay.
Review 7：There are still a few teething problems to work out: the little dining area off the kitchenette has no light for example, but has a light switch (it's also not such a nice size to relax in, we ate from the balcony instead). Scaffolding for painting was still up when we were there and the murals in the bar/breakfast area where being completed. The murals are definitely not my style and seem a bit wrong for the design of the place, and seemed to get in the way of breakfast, which for 7.50 per person seemed exorbitant (we didn't have it). We stayed with a big discount which I think offered fair value to the place: I may not want to pay their rack rate.
Review 8：It had been opened after refurbishment for only 3 weeks before we arrived so everything was brand new, from the bed to the kitchen equipment. We had a studio apartment which was well equipped and an extremely comfortable bed. The wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
