Review 1：There were some interesting things missing, such as no toilet paper holder and a place to put the soap when showering (other than the floor). The dresser was propped up with a piece of something.
Review 2：It was clean and had a great price and location. It is no frills but that is what I wanted. The WiFI was great.
Review 3：They gave me a dirty room. It was like all the trash was swept under the bed and coffee table. I woke up itching with dog hair all over me. I told them about it and the fact that I'm allergic to dogs. I had to go to the hospital because the dog hair was in my eye and continued to swell up. I spoke with front desk and they said it was nothing that they could do. I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed because if we were a white couple we would've been treated better.
Review 4：Was there for OSU/PSU game so all hotels were booked. Staff seemed overwhelmed couldnt find several people's reservations thru other booking sites and act like they were doing me a favor by giving me a room since i didnt pay in advace which wasnt required

Review 6：On arrival i found out I had a deposit even though booking .con don't state that then NY room wasn't ready gave me a room and try to charge me 10$ extra for the fridge and microwave when my original reservation had one in it. It was dogs barking all night the people walked by my room where loud and I couldn't sleep the whole night. Any awful stay but on room .

Review 10：1st room wasn't fully cleans. Had dirty sheets and pillow cases. Complained and manager was very apologetic gave use a better room. Bathroom light turned on other lights in the room

Review 12：My pillow case had blood on it and it was pulled right out of the dryer and handed to me so it should have been clean. The bathroom was disgusting and I refused to use the toilet there, thank God I was only staying for one night. I would never stay here again ever.

Review 20：The hair dryer was broke and it took us 30 minutes in order to get the shower to work becausr you had to pull so hard on the knob, we were afraid we were going to break it. On morning one while we were sleeping room service knocked on our door, which is understandable. But we then had a call from the front desk and two more knocks from staff wanting us to do more paperwork and sign reciepts for our second night stay. I have never stayed at a hotel that did this, usually you sign reciepts when you check in and out. So on day one we were woken up from our sleep by 4 knocks and 1 phone call. On day two we were again woken up from our sleep by loud knocking from a staff member to make sure we knew when check out was at 11 which was 2 hours away. We were not pleased with all the interruptions and the quality of the hotel room was severly lacking. We expected something nicer for the amount we paid for the rooms. The rooms were similar to a cheap motel 8. We will not be a customer again
Review 21：Place was a dump old decrepit furniture spreads were dirty with big burn holes in them beds were the worst so nasty we wouldn't even sit on them let alone sleep on them. First hotel where I was literally afraid to touch anything. I ate the money for the room we attended our bball games and drove back to Cleveland instead of sleeping there. False advertising, the rooms on the pictures are from somewhere else, definitely not the same place.

Review 23：Could not honor my request of a non-smoking room and extra pillows and did not tell us this until after we paid! Told us we were getting the updated room, I would hate to see what the other rooms looked like! We stayed for my birthday weekend to travel to downtown Columbus, it put a damper on the weekend, we will never be returning!! Also there was a bum sleeping in the stair well!!!

Review 27：Could not give us extra cots or towels. Seriously skimping on the soaps and shampoo. Phones could not call the front desk or other rooms. Lots of slippery ice because of pipes along walkway that they should take care of. Owner/manager seemed to have silly rules about checking out that delayed our leaving process and also had unpleasant demeanor.

Although a complimentary breakfast is served free Sat & Sun, we asked if we could BUY breakfast & we were told only if we were regulars. Unsavory characters parading the property, just not a place I would recommend. Not very clean, didn't feel very safe.

The pictures on the website were small and distant...When I got there, I thought Oh no...the outside looks pretty beat (some paint would help). But the room was clean, decent furnishings.wifi. I would use them again.

Review 38：The only minor item we didn't like was that the bathtub had no plug for the drain. We had to take showers, there was no way to take a bath. I would guess that this was missed in the renovation of our room. We said something as we left. I would guess that this will be taken care of for the next people in our room.
Review 39：The hotel is an old hotel, but it is in the middle of room renovations. We don't know for sure, but we thought that we were the first people to use the room after it was renovated. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The rooms around us had not been renovated yet, so nobody was in the rooms, and no work was being done while we were there. As a result, it was quiet, and we liked that.

Review 84：Booking. Com quoted 229 for the doom plus 17 percent tax on my stay it was 280 17 50 dollars more than I was quoted with the tax it still doesn't add up right with no explanation as to why!

Review 86：Should have known that something was up when I had to sign a waiver stating that there were "Absolutely no refunds" upon check-in. The deadbolt didn't work, no icemaker (had to go to front desk for ice and have them get it). The rooms are extremely small and lack electrical outlets. No coffee pots, refridgerator or microwave in the room, go to front desk area in the morning for coffee (at 6:45am) only to find that there isn't any. Seriously if you aren't going to provide a coffee pot in the room at least have hot coffee for your guests. I had looked for ratings on this before I booked but really couldn't find anything - normally I don't write reviews but felt I needed to this time. I would not stay here again.
Review 87：There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor, and housekeeping never swept them up (they were there when we checked in) and the bathtub was filthy. This was also never cleaned during my 3-night stay.
Review 88：The heat worked very well, the whole room was warm in less than an hour. The man at the desk was very nice and was able to quickly accommodate my request for 2Qs instead of 1K bed.
