Review 1：Unhelpful staff, tried to book airport transfur which is offed at booking to be told they don't have any. E-mail twice to amend booking but no response at all. Gave 48 hour notice of night cancellation due to delayed fligh but no response. On arivel receptionist couldn't speak much English which caused an issue when my booking couldn't be found and I had to e-mail my conformation to them why stood at the deck to show we booked at the hotel after over an hour finally agreed we had booked and had canceled one of are night due to delayed flight 48 hours in advance we were given are key. On first impression the room looked okay but as we started unpacking it became very clear the room was fithy even the fridge had mould in side and smelt like a pint of milk had been left in the a few weeks. I went back to reception and asked if we could have a different room as was unhappy with the standard of cleanliness, to be told there where no more room and the cleaners had left for the day, so he gave us no chooses but to stay in the room just glad it was only one night we eventually stayed. Unfortualny the main problems came when we decided to check out , there was a new receptionist working in the morning who spoke very good English unfortunately this did not help me resolve the issue. As we had spoken the the receptionist when we arrived he had agreed to only charge us one night not to, but are bill indicated two night and 24% additional charges for tax and serves charges added to the bill I pointed out that the previous day the receptionist had said we would only pay for one night which I had on the paperwork with me but he did not put the price on this .
Review 2：But the beds were of concrete with a cheap foam mattress. My back was aching each morning. The toilet and shower was the quality of a cheap hostel, certainly not what we would expect for the price we paid. Totally overprized.
Review 3：The pool was excellent and large (20m) Staff were friendly The original room we booked for £130 per night was in a very poor sanitary condition, was smelling of urine. We complained and they moved us to a beach front room which was better. But I suspect most of the rooms of this hotel are smelly
Review 4：The shower was aweful. Tiles were falling, it was dirty and the waterjust trickled at best. The cost for this place well exceeds its worth.For a few more dollars you can be at a way better place with niceshowers. They boast of having a flat screen tv but they fail to say thetv is a 12 inch box tv. Not a true flat tv as they have posted on theirweb. There is no wifi in the room. You have to go to the foyer area ofthe place to get access to the internet.
Review 5：This place sits right on the beach. The beds, compared to other beds inthe general area of Sri Lanka, are good. Not the best but ok. The roomdid have a tv but no internet access from the room.
