Review 1：Rooms are quite old.

Review 2：Beach area is nice and close to the cafes of the nearest town. Nice swimming area and pools. Breakfast is good, a lot of exotic cheeses and fresh fruits. Hotel personnel was helpful.

Review 3：Don't take the room 110! There were ants everywhere even in the bedsheets!! Bed ants bite! I had a big rash and couldn't sleep all night. The spa was out of order. The person who checked us out was unprofessional. She let us wait and did not even apologize, we heard her almost swearing and yelling at her colleagues on the phone and arguing with them in front of us. The food was ok but the service was awful. The waiter was unfriendly and when he saw the cockroach he completely ignored it. I am very very disappointed for a 4* hotel. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Review 5：Pool around the Hotel und direct access from the rooms in the basementis unbelievable cool. Really nice and helpfull staff (like almosteverywhere in Reunion...). View from the breakfast und breakfast itselfis great! Some meters up the street some Restaurants and bars. Cool Hotel-Bar with friendly Barkeepers.

Review 6：Not on the lagoon, so not able to swim in the ocean. Not replacing shower gel...The restaurant is not that great for dinner.

Review 14：The staff were very friendly.The location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of eating places within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.The all round luxury of the hotel WOW. The suite has a bedroom a little lounge and a balcony. The bathroom had a shower and a bath with a jacuzzi. A nice surprise. Excellent stay. Thank you.

Review 15：the total unfirendliness of the bar staff and restaurant. not even hello and treatign you discuntingly when you dare to ask a question. If 4 stars are reach by the fact only to have a swimming pool and spa, then I understand. Beside those, it has not the level at all of a 4 stars. Neither by the courtesy of the staff in general (beside some at the receptions, the other one making face and saying "putain" or "merde" everythime she is trying to do something, neither by the room itself. Very expensive for what it is.

Review 16：Food is Overpriced. The hotel's price is acceptable. The a/c ishitting exactly on the bed, made me have a very bad sleep. The staff isover-friendly making it unauthentic.

Review 17：The facility is spacious and close to the beach with many restaurantsand bars close by. The beach is clean the safety measures are in place.

Review 18：The only negative thing was (which we English expect) there was no kettle in our room, but this did not matter and it certainly did not spoil our holiday.

Review 19：Stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The position of the hotel is fabulous, breakfast was great a vast array of food including hot items. The pools are excellent especially if you had a groundfloor room. We had a jaccuzi in our room which was lovely after a hot day round the pool, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, will definitly go back.....
