Review 1：We had booked 2 rooms, the were together Thank goodness because one of the bathrooms looked like it had not been cleaned. Both rooms had to use one. There were dead bugs everywhere and did see some live roaches. Had it not been so late when we got there, and the fact we had traveled through some really bad weather we would have demanded our money back and left. Very disappointed in the hotel.
Review 2：The clerk was nice, a place to get out of the rain for a little while. That's the only good I can say.
Review 3：Front office staff was rude and acted as though my questions were a bother to her. She answered my question, but her response was rude. The room was fine, nothing special, but was a bit noisy for my liking. Was not able to access WiFi.........too low of a signal which was disappointing! Will not stay there again - price to high for what received.
Review 4：When we checked in the young lady seemed to be having not the best day. Her customer service skills could've been better. On the other hand when we checked out Mr. Danny Patel was very nice and accommodating.
