Review 1:The staff were absolutely amazing. I was travelling with my 88 year old mother (she celebrated her birthday during our stay - and they made this such a special occasion) and everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for them. They also encouraged me to speak my terrible French, even though mostly their English was excellent. Everything was perfect!
Review 2:No airport shuttle,no maps,no hot shower,no tea(except herbal),struggle to get milk for my own tea, also for adequate number of towels.No help getting a tour. Little "English"among staff so little help. French speakers might be better served. Hotel almost empty with deserted air despite advertising "last room available" on web. Booking.com rate same as Rack rate - no saving.

Review 4:Clearly a case of bad management. Loveless guiding and no quality management lead to many strange things like a set of conveyance rules pointed out here and there, that should propably help the impression of a high standard - but do instead give the impression of a chippy, governessy mind behind it. Order a capucino at 6€ a cup - and get something really totally undrinkable from the bar. Find a day bed in the garden - taped all over the lying surface with ugly, dirty plastic foil. Follow the signs to ocean level - ending in a filthy wooden shed. The whole place could be really great, even fantastic - if someone would care to make it a nice and friendly place and eliminate the totally strange gaps everywhere. We booked a Junior Suite and expected just a nice, easy place as the wooden architecture let us hope - but the clear lack of a friendly mind made it disappointing from the first night on. Good for us we were cautious enough because of the annulation rules that didn't match a satisfying appeal and we booked only three nights. After the first night, we asked to cancel our stay over booking.com - the management of the hotel did not even respond with any reaction to our wish.

No replacement of toilet paper Some towels were not replaced in the bathroom There is only a very thin cover sheet as bedclothes, for this prize I would expect a real blanket with washable cover 50 Euro charge in case of loss of a pool towel is pretty much Lots of ants in the room Permanent re-registration for internet necessary Cold light of energy saving lamps Dinner was better and cheaper at the neighbouring restaurant There is no easy usable shower or water to wash sand of the feet when coming from the beach There is no notepad/pen in the room Parking is quite small No map to indicate the way to a requested place nearby offered For this prize I would expect much better, it does not meet standard expectations.

Review 19:Internet connection is a disaster. The connection disrupts several time. So you have to type in user and password again. The bed was not clean Breakfast was very poor with little options. There were insects running around in the ham, the cheese. Plus, fresh orange juice has to be paid extra !?! And only a single person to serve all the people. The beach is dirty. Everywhere you find trash. In the room you have a a coffee set with no creamer and no complimentary water. The hotel is totally overpriced and not worth a stay. I am glad that I had to stay just one night.

Review 21:As LP puts it, the whole place is ageing (not just a little) bit. The net was down for four consecutive days - I guess all the conference-guys went crazy about that. Maybe it took longer to repair, we have left in the meantime. Our bathroom was very disappointing, it seriously needs a major renovation - the tiles looked very old and the pointing between them must have not been cleaned for ages.
Review 22:The location is truly excellent, breakfast is good (never tried room service though), and the view from your window is simply great. The staff is trying to do everything to make you feel comfortable, which includes trying to communicate in English (which is a rare asset in such a Frankophone place).
Review 23:Nice hotel in "old style", perfect staff, very good restaurant and beautifully located on the cliff. The restaurant don't offer hot-dogs and hamburgers but serve good french cousine.
