Review 1：Disco music under the room On the B side Up to late hours! In 5 days they done my bed once, bathroom 4, weird but i really wanna see where did it end

Review 8：Spa was disappointing! Cold water Jacuzzi, connecting corridors cold too! Although clean - not at all relaxing - more of a spa factory.....the staff were not too helpful in most cases - we felt a little thrown in the deep end so to say. Breakfast was big on variety but some how not that enticing. Location is on a main road - so no where to wander too in search of a meal somewhere cosy.

Review 12：In the swimming complex it was a bit confusing as to where everything was and would have preferred a single changing facility as opposed to a communal one but this is a minor critiscism

Review 13：This is our third visit to this hotel and the quality of the facilities improves each time we visit.

Review 14：For the first I was given a room where the water was dripping from the air conditioner. When I complained they immediately changed it to a one where the WiFi was too weak and I could not use it in the room. At lest in the room I used, the air conditioner directed the ray of cold air directly to the bed from close distance.

Review 16：The hotel comprises 2 long buildings joined with a walkway. Our room wasthe furtherest from reception. Our room was an older fit out and lookednothing like the photo of a modern room.

Review 17：We believe that we were upgraded since the room was very much biggerthan expected. There were 2 lifts so we didn't need to carry ourbags upstairs. Location was good since it was only a short drive intothe old town. Very good breakfast.

Review 18：The only thing I can think of is the fact that gym and spa are open from 10:00 and some people like to start a day with a swim before breakfast.
