On the picturesque island of Gotland and in the center of the historic seafaring town of Visby, is Hotell Gute. Stay conveniently within the medieval town walls, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and all local sights.
The rooms are individually furnished in an old-fashioned style and have tiled bathrooms with showers. They are equipped with small refrigerators and cable TVs. Some rooms have grand lit beds and others have 3 feet wide attachable twin beds. If needed, an extra bed can be added to most rooms.
Hotel Gute offers guests a relaxation facility with sauna and each morning an appreciated breakfast buffet with homemade bread is served.

Review 1：The hotel is located in the middle of Visby and offers very beautiful furnished rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and offered regional products.
Review 2：It was quite noisy & you needed to have the windows open to cool down the room. Also did not have block out blinds.

Review 10：My friend and i had a wonderful time at the hotell gute in gotlands capital visby. The rooms are all decorated individually, with some antique fourniture and other lovely details. The hygienical standart is high. And we had no reason to complain. Especially the crew members were very friendly and helpful. They always had an open ear to our 'tourist-questions' or anything else. Every day starts with a huge breakfast buffet including a lot of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, and anything else like food from the region, for example 'honung', the honey from gotland. We'd love to come back soon!
Review 11：Very convenient location with very comfortable accommodations. This is not a luxury hotel yet it possesses a charming simplicity and a very nice buffet breakfast!
Review 12：Our problem this week was the Meditterranean heat. The hotel room lacked air conditioning (as do most Scandinavian hotels), and even with a table fan it was difficult to get a comfortable room temperature (i,e, below 28 C). My daughter would have liked an English type breakfast.
Review 13：This was a really cozy, traditional hotel, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast It was located quite close to the beach and botanical garden, in a quiet area away from the noisy pubs and restaurants. These were just a few minutes walk away, however. The breakfast menu was varied, with homebaked bread, lots of fruits and vegetables, and a full smörgåsbord.
Review 14：It was very warm while we were there. We had a first floor room which was along the street, so felt the need to close the windows, which made the room quite warm, even though we had a fan.
